They got on our install asap and we were lucky they had a unit in stock. My concern was that none of the workers were wearing a mask during the install nor did they ask if they should put one on. I mentioned it to the service manager and he said they are not able to ask this question because it could offend a customer. In todays day and age for real? Ask would you like me to put on a mask due to cov19. Besides that I would rate them high on install and service.
Scheduled a furnace tune-up with Stramwoski, mostly because they are the company that installed our furnace a few years back. Part of this is on me, because maybe we should've asked when we scheduled, but the technician about to walk into my home seemed taken aback that I asked him if he could wear a mask. A good best practice for any company who comes into people's homes would be for them to at least ask customers when scheduling what they'd prefer from the techs. But an even better best practice would be to just have your techs wearing it when they enter people's homes during a pandemic. If you're an anti-masking company, just let your customers know up front please. Throughout the pandemic, we've had two construction projects (with others that came through for estimates), WE Energies came to replace our meter, hardwood floor refinishing and every single person was masked without even asking before entering our home, this is the FIRST time it has been an issue. Luckily there are many other companies in the area that do furnace tune-ups
We have used Stramowski Heating for replacing our steam boiler and attic air handler, and have been very pleased with the results. Their experience with steam systems is important, and puts them in select company for the Milwaukee area. When replacing our boiler, we received a couple of quotes that were lower than Stramowski, but were nowhere near as comprehensive in considering the various factors and enhancements that optimized our system. Also, when we had a couple issues arise after the initial installation, they've promptly come out to diagnose and then remedy these issues without extra charges. I've been impressed with the technicians and installers we've had out to the house. They don't cut corners, and they go the extra mile to make sure your system runs well. Our experience with the air handler was similarly positive. In short, I'd highly recommend you consider Stramowski for your heating and cooling needs. Based on our experience, I would put them at the top of the list if you have a steam heat system.

They don't charge more for weekends or emergency calls either which I love. They're not over priced either. I highly recommend this company.

Stramowski has THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Jim is down to earth and genuinely wants to help. We needed a quick turnaround due to our home closing date being moved up. We were having our HVAC replaced the very next day. He gave us a breakdown on pricing, and explained everything so that we understood. Our furnace would have leaked carbon monoxide come this winter if it weren’t for Stramowski. We will use them for every HVAC service and recommend to all friends and family.
