Kyle did a very thorough and professional job of inspecting and cleaning my new furnace. I would recommend stramowski heating and cooling to anyone of my friends or family members. They are the best. Prompt on time which is a plus in my book. They also call to let you know just when they will arrive.

11:17am update...the VP is coming to check to make sure everything is okay with no charge. I appreciate the fast follow up to this. I don't want anyone to have a bad review...but this was pretty serious, and I felt it warranted saying something. I appreciate that he called my husband directly.

This company was responsive, which was great. They told us that we had a leak in our old heater and that the crack was large, and we needed to make sure it got replaced. They replaced it quickly and with that, we were very happy.

Oddly, our dog cooper all of a sudden became ill, where he couldn't walk, wouldn't eat, and was very very lethargic and dizzy. When cooper is taken outside, he doesn't want to come back in the house, and he's walking around okay when he's outside. We took him to the vet, and while he is old and has some other issues, we were shocked that these symptoms came on all of a sudden.

Yesterday, I became so dizzy that I almost fell down the stairs, and twice almost fell in the bathroom. I took a meclazine which I haven't taken in years and laid down. That was the only thing that helped the dizziness, but I remained a little sick and tired the entire day. This morning, our Beagle went outside, came inside and could not walk. He will not eat, and his eyes are shifting from side to side. He is now at the vet ER.

The only thing that has changed is that we had this heater installed. I am not saying that Stramowsk is the cause, but to be EXTRA cautious, we called them to see if they could do a check to make sure our air quality is okay, and that there isn't a leak with our heater. They told us they may have to charge us for the visit. I told my husband if they were going to do that, we would call the health department to come and check. That is just something, when something could potentially be a serious health hazard, that should NEVER even be said that you would charge for.

Installation great, but follow up...not so much. WIth COVID and money being as tight as it is, to charge for something like this is just not cool.

Kyle the service tech was at our condo today was such a great guy and very professional . We had a little hiccup after he left but we called and he came back to fix a super minor problem. We would like to say thank you for the wonderful service. Have a great day!!!!!!

So I had issues with Stramowski and posted a very lengthy negative review. However, they have taken care of everything in a very positive and responsible manner. I want to make sure I give credit where credit is due. We have continued to use them and have been very satisfied.

they were pro's . they adjusted the fan speed . and put in the right amount of refrigerant. they explained everything very well . A good family business.

Jason was very thorough with the A/C tune up. Took his time. Was friendly.
Kyle did furnace tune up. He, too, was thorough and friendly.

Our furnace stopped producing heat on Sunday. Using the e-mail contact, I requested help. Then I followed up with a phone call, leaving a voicemail. When I didn't hear anything by late Monday morning, I contacted another company, who sent out a technician Monday afternoon (3 hours after my call). It was determined that we needed a new unit (in line with my expectations). It will be installed in a week.
As of Tuesday night, there was no apparent attempt to contact me. Seems like the owner is very customer centered. A call not answered a sale lost. Sorry.

The repairman that showed up was early. He knew exactly what the issue was and only took 20 minutes to get the heat working in the home. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs there furnace looked at! Will use again in spring when it time to get the air conditioning ready for summer.

Very happy with Stramowski! I highly recommend them for your AC and Heating needs. Both times I needed them they arrived same day and had both issues fixed shortly after arriving. Very satisfied customer!
