Stay away. Called for service because air was only coming out of a few vents. Tech arrived, and said call was for no a/c. Told him that is wrong. A/C worked, but there was not air flow. Offered to show him the issue as to the air coming out of one vent, but not the vent in the next room despite all dampers being wide open. He refused to check that issue, and proceeded to the furnace. He reinstalled the zone motors despite me telling him that they were removed to ensure the dampers were open, and proceeded to then tell me that the entire zone system would need to be replaced in order to further diagnose. I refused to pay the service call and called the office. No help there. Asked to speak to tech's supervisor. They gave me the office manager who was more concerned about trying to collect the service call than resolving the issue. Moving on to a different contractor.

Great professional help when our house was cold. Needed small assistance with filter. Couldn't travel due to surgery and they even pointed out which one on Amazon to overnight! Also helped insure all our air ducts were open (which they were not) 100% would use again

The technician Brad was pleasant and professional. He corrected the issue and took extra steps to clean the a/c unit for optimal performance of the unit. Service was outstanding! Highly recommend!

I found Kyle Keller my technician to be the most knowledgeable person in this field. I had personal experience in this field at my old job. I worked people that were only half as good that showed no where near the professionalism that Kyle did. Very impressed!

We use them for annual maintenance. Very punctual, professional, and friendly guys show up. The young lady on the office phone is very pleasant, too.

It was freezing outside and it turned out we needed a new furnace installed. Our install date was bumped a day earlier than expected because the nice secretary explained they were giving us priority over others since we had no heat . The price was fair and the work was very professional.

We have had nothing but excellent experiences with Stramowski. Their technicians are thorough and will answer any questions in ways that can be understood. When they come for the yearly heating/air conditioning checkups they spend anywhere from 60-90 minutes giving the equipment a complete inspection. Anthony, the tech that comes to our house never gives you the feeling that he's there for a brief time and then must go to the next appointment. He makes sure everything has been checked out. One other comment...their receptionist is a very friendly and courteous lady who will always work around your schedule when possible which is just about always. You can tell this is a professional operation.

We just had Kyle, from Stramowski, check out our furnace and mainly the air conditioner. All the above comments can be repeated once again except that Kyle was the tech instead of Anthony. Kyle and Anthony could be interchangeable which gives me the feeling that anyone Stramowski sends to do checkups or maintenance is an excellent technician. The same thing can be said about "Sam" their receptionist. She's very easy to talk to and will do whatever it takes to get you the time you want your services done.

We are first time home owners so this was the first time we dealt with anything furnace related. We scheduled an annual furnace tune up. The company was easy to contact and the women scheduling appointments had basic knowledge required to help me know exactly what I needed. The technician arrived in the projected window, was polite and explained everything he did. He answered any questions I had. As a woman home alone while the work was done with my husband away at work I felt comfortable the whole time. We will continue to use Stramowski for our heating and ac needs and would recommend them to close family and friends.
