Referred by family and friends. Stramowski's were always available to help out when needed. They installed a furnace and AC this past summer. Very happy with the he technicians. Explain things very thoroughly and friendly.

I have been using Stramowski Heating for about 10 years. The first time I used them my furnace went out on Thanksgiving. I got home late with my 5 year old son and it wss 52 degrees in the house! I waited to call until the morning thinking they would charge me more for a holiday/ after hours service call. Boy was i wrong. They don't do that, it is just a regular service fee. This is my second home now and I wouldn't call anyone else to fix/ maintain my furnace. I have central air in this house and I will be calling in the spring for maintenance on that too.

No matter who has come from Stramowski to service my HVAC units, I can always count on a qualified professional who is thorough and trustworthy. They operate with the highest ethical standards and superior customer service. When I have questions, the answers are given thoroughly and technically not talking down to me as a female homeowner. I wouldn’t consider any other business for my homes HVAC needs as I feel I already have the very best!

Friendly and professional, i would highly recommend their service! The schedule appointment was fast and the technician was very informative, as was the office. I will definitely be using them in the future for our next heating and cooling systems. I love that they will contact me in a few months for maintaining my unit. Customer service is terrific!

The technician was very responsive and honest with the assessment of the issue. They were quick on the true part repair as well. We have a boiler so not only without heat but also without hot water as well. They also were quick for the new system to replace the back up furnace which is how the air conditioning works in this house.

Stramowski has ALWAYS done an excellent job for my family!!! They are incredibly professional. What particularly struck me was how they were very careful to explain exactly what was needed, why, and what were our options. Our new furnace also required electrical upgrades and they seamlessly handled the quote/work with an excellent electrician, making it super easy for us. They truly are worth every penny!
