The duct cleaning one day prior to the furnace and A/C installation addressed a dust issue we have had for years. Owner Jason was professional, friendly, and informative.
Install guys were prompt, very respectful, and conscientious. They were careful when bringing in equipment, even carefully closed doors instead of slamming them (small thing, maybe, but showed respect, in my opinion). They protected floor by laying down drop cloths. They ran through the new thermostat with me and showed me the features of the new unit they installed. Very satisfied with the install at this point.

Nice, professional installation. Not a single mark or scratch on the walls. Neat electrical work. They completed my warranty filing and did all the paperwork for the energy rebate. I would highly recommend Dave and his team.

Our experience with Thielman was excellent. All the people we dealt with, from office staff to installation techs, were friendly and efficient. The installation went well and the crew went out of their way to rework the cold air return ducts to provide more room in a restricted space. They set up the thermostat and made sure we knew how to use it. They are a great company to work with.

Throughout the six hours needed to install the new furnace, they were polite and informative. They were kind to my dogs who after the first few hours, wanted to visit them to see what was going on. They were all dog lovers and this meant alot to me. They left the work area tidy too.
