They offered the best value and price. We had a total of 3 estimates and Theilman’s was thousands less than the others. They got in quickly, did a great job installing the new A/C unit and new furnace. They came back to clean the ducts and we are glad we had that done. We are really pleased with the company and are so glad to have gone with them. I cannot recall our salesman’s name that came to the house to give us an estimate, but he was wonderful. Very professional, spent a lot of time answering questions and he responded to all emails and texts very quickly. 5+ stars.

Service to perform was explained very well including documentation for rebates and Costco rebates. Crew of 5 showed up due to installing 2 furnaces, on time and completed on time. Two weeks later a different service individual arrived for duct cleaning, this experience had room for improvement.

We recently called Roth heating and cooling and spoke with David Viegut! We experience water pooling underneath our air conditioning unit inside and noticed increasingly how loud it was waking up the baby next door lol! David came over the next day with an estimate and inspected the hose and as that cold air wasn’t coming out at all any more! It Was 27 years old we knew the day was near so we were happy to have someone who was so knowledgeable and patient showing us the difference between the price points and the energy effencent models and how going with the Lennox Elite model would not only save us 50% on our bill each month they were having it come with the upgrade thermostat we needed badly 10 year warranty and rebates from the manufacturer! Overall we had excellent service and we will always shop here and recommend any of our friends and family to go see David Viegut!

Very professional and responsive to any changes that came up. Gave me a bid that was very reasonably priced, but with excellent equipment - less expensive overall than several competitors. Installation day was a breeze, took less time than expected and area was completely cleaned up when they left. Will call Thielmann in the future if I ever need these services again.

We were quite happy with the service we received from the Thielmann Group. They were helpful and did a great job of explaining our options when we were selecting our furnace and contractor. The technicians did a fine job of explaining the work they were doing, setting up and explaining our new system and cleaning up when they were done.

Original furnace and A/C replaced after 22 years. Removal of the old equipment and installation of the new, including two new basement ducts and a cold air return took only six hours. The new system works so good we stopped using the portable A/C unit in the loft. Can't wait to test the new humidifier this winter. We are very happy with the purchase and will be recommending Thielmann/Roth to our friends and neighbors.

This was a really great experience from the review and quote we got, and the installations team that put in our new AC and Furnace. They were all so personable, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and professional. We received several quotes and Thielmann's was not only the best price but also left us with the confidence in their installation capabilities.
