The team was on time, worked consistently and professionally the whole time (about 6 hours to remove old and install new furnace and AC unit), answer any questions I had, were respectful and polite, cleaned up after themselves and walked me through everything, including the new thermostat. There's nothing more I could have asked for and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

Overall great experience, my only complaint would be there was confusion about my chimney liner installation. Ended up having to set up an install myself through a 3rd party company they use and recommend, the cost was several hundred dollars more then Thielmann had originally quoted. But like I said great service and would still recommend them to anyone looking for heating or a/c services.

Positive attitudes, good problem solvers to tough solutions. Our furnace has a weird configuration in not a lot of space. One crew collaborated with another crew and they figured it out as a team and got the job done.

They did a really nice job. They were on time, and they were professional. They knew I needed to be out doing something by early afternoon, and they were done in time for me to make my appointment! The work they did on the furnace section of the central air was very well done. MUCH better than I would have done myself! Well considered...high quality workmanship. The only thing that wasn't outstanding was that they forgot to caulk the outside (probably because they were trying to get me out in time!) I found out about that because my wife has super hearing and heard a drip of water...onto basement carpeting while we were watching a movie and it was raining (day after install!) I felt the area around the opening that the refrigerant tubing enters the house through and found that indeed there was a small leak. I called and let them know. They responded first thing in the morning and ran out and fixed it. Can't really ask for more than that. I don't get the impression based on everything else they did, that this happens often. I'm very satisfied with the work they did. Overall, high quality work.

Arrived on time, covered floors, careful about moving old furnace out and new one in. Answered all my qts. Explained any chgs with new furnace. Cleaned up work area. Would recommend to family members and or neighbors.

Great job from start .. estimate, explanation of work, pricing, etc to installation of both air conditioner and heating! Work was done on time, in one day. Job was well done and complete. Now that work is done, I know that things are now "up to code" too. Work was done professionally. I feel I also got a great value. I was encouraged to purchase through Costco which saved me money. Clean up after install was perfect. I would highly recommend Thielmann Group for HVAC work!!

Very good and very fast service! Thielmann & Son Heating and Cooling fit us into their schedule earlier than expected when our A/C failed during the 100° plus weather. We purchased the furnace and A/C through Costco and received a nice store credit for 15% of the purchase price and other rebates. Thielmann & Son handled all the paperwork for us - Thanks, Thielmann & Son!

The Thielmann Group recently installed a new furnace and AC unit for us. Ryan was great to work with, provided a very clear estimate with options that suited us well, and was responsive to my questions and concerns. When I asked about a potential option, he called my city's building inspector to determine whether that was a feasible option, a really professional gesture. The installation team was great, they were efficient and cleaned up well. Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience. I've already referred my in-laws to the Thielmann Group for their HVAC needs.

Thielmann did an excellent job of setting up this appointment and installing our new Lennox air conditioning system. They meet all our expectations from taping a pathway to the basement to cleaning up after themselves. The crew of two were professional and performed quality work.
