The Thielmann Group

I have been pleased with the Thielmann group's service. A couple years ago they quickly fixed my furnace, and drove to pick up a new circuit board. Recently I had my AC replaced. There were a couple issues with the unit/install but they were prompt to fix it so I am pleased. Thank you.

Top notch company to deal with. The initial consultation took an hour and was so thorough that I could not choose another company. The install went smoothly too! I love our new Furnace and AC and like my remote access to my thermostats! I highly recommend this company for all your heating and AC needs!

I wanted to replace the 17 year old Magic Pack Heating/AC unit in my condo before the heat exchanger rusted through. Steve, the VP of Sales came to my home and assessed the situation. He spoke with some of his technicians and the manufacturer regarding the size of the furnace and they agreed the unit I was replacing was not the proper size for the square footage of my condo and that was why the heating portion was short cycling. The size of the AC unit was correct. So I now have a brand new Magic Pack with a stainless steel heat exchanger. Installation was done in a timely manner. No debris was left in my home. Everyone from Thielmann was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and courteous. I will continue to use Thielmann as I have in the past because of their outstanding attention to detail and genuine concern in getting the job done correctly on the first attempt.A wonderful company to do business with from the time you first contact the office till the job is finished.

The installation and equipment is great so far, and that is what is saving this review from being lower.
Had the estimator out to look at the job, was told I would be contacted about the additional pricing (I won a bid for unit and installation but required additional work) and to get the job scheduled. Heard nothing for 7 days, so I finally called and was able to get it scheduled.
Installation day went fine. They were wrapping up and asked about payment. Turms out, it was cash or check for the price I was quoted and they didn't have a means to process my credit card - neither of which I was told. They were able to take my card info and process several days later. Scary having someone write down all your card details, though.
I was told they'd need to come back in a few weeks to finish hooking up the humidifier water line and do the AC start up. I waited three weeks to get scheduled with no contact. Again, I had to call to arrange.

Communication - lousy

I have used Thielmann for both installation of a new furnace + A/C recently, but also an install of a ductless mini-split unit six years ago. I fully trust their brands and recommendations. I can't say enough of about this company. Every single person from administrative to technicians to sales is top notch. They hire solid people that care about their job performance and the customers they serve. Everything is stamped with attention to detail and timely, respectful, professional service. THE BEST.

I have been working with Roth Heating for over 25 years. They have always been great to work with. Professional, friendly, and explain everything they are doing. Their service technicians are amazing and the office staff is as well. I won't work with any other HVAC contractor.

Installers were on time (a few minutes early), friendly, polite and happy to answer any questions I had. They cleaned up all debris when finished. Install took a little over 2 hours start to finish. Company even activated the warranty for me without my asking. Highly recommend.

Needed a New Furnace after 30 + yrs. With the old one. I’m pleased with the Good Service. Install of New Furnace promptly began around 8:30 AM and finished by 1:30PM. The guys were efficient, cleaned up very well, explained all operations and asked me if I had any questions. I feel their prices were fair & I was happy with the Service. I highly recommend this company!

New / replacement Carrier Infinity furnace and control installed by Roth/Thielmann after old Carrier went bad after 27 years. Initial person came to scout it out and help decide what to get; he was very professional, knew his job well, answered questions quickly and correctly. I had good idea what I wanted and he helped confirm choices, and suggested improved / larger filter. Explained well including integration with current Carrier AC unit. Gave install date and the installers showed up on time, installed in a day, no problems since. Cost was fair for top line units I got. I'm in Oak Creek and have used Roth here before, now under Thielmann group name. Highly recommended.

Very experienced. They were in and out in just a few hours. They replaced the outside compressor unit and the coil assembly inside with new lines. Very professional, kind, respectful.
