The staff at Roth Heathing and Air Conditioning, part of the Thielman Group, took great care of my family and our home! My daughter and I arrived home after 5 days away, only to find the thermostat reading 26F. With below freezing temperatures for the days prior to our return home, and more, even colder temperatures predicted for the days ahead, I was desperate to get my heating system working again. After much trouble and an utter lack of recognition of our emergency situation on the part of the home warranty company and the HVAC contractor they sent, I was desperate to find a contractor that I could both trust and afford. My sister highly recommended Roth, saying she had a great experience when they serviced her home’s HVAC system twice in the past few years. I called and not only were their staff friendly and professional, they also took my situation seriously, and made sure that my home’s problem got fixed quickly. Everyone was nice and very knowledgeable about their work, even going so far as to explain to me what needed to happen and why, at each stage of the furnace/thermostat replacement. They made sure I was comfortable with my new equipment and helped me to secure financing. I give them 5 stars!

The Thielmann Group is a very good business. We've been customers for quite a few years now (about 10 - 15). They annually check our heating/AC system, and they just did a great job of installing our new furnace. We just have a problem with the new high efficiency furnaces. They don't seem to last as long as the old open combustion furnaces. But the Thielmann Group has been great. The problem is with the furnace manufacturers They need to build ones that last longer, not just 10-15 years.

Very happy with their service. And consider them my go to HVAC contractors.

Excellent experience overall. Had 3 different companies come out to provide proposals on replacing our Carrier furnace and A/C systems. Steve from Thielmann was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of our options and the pros/cons of the different manufacturers as well as the UV light technology. Ended up staying with the Carrier brand and installing a complete system along with the UV anti-viral light. The installation team did a great job and was very neat, organized and professional. I would recommend Thielmann to anyone!

The whole process went well from the quote through the install. I felt like there was good direction/options in the quoting process, good follow up, and the installation went very smoothly. Super happy with the new system and the people who helped support the installation. Shout out to Kim in the office. She helped make the experience positive.

There were a couple of issues associated with the product and installation but they were quickly addressed.

The installation technicians did a great job of our install. They where efficient and very knowledgeable about the product they installed for us. We used them to service our furnace when we moved in to our home and after a couple of other estimate we went with who knew our system and couldn’t be happier. The finished product was outstanding and works great.

My AC went out on a hot day, Thielmann came out within hours and fixed it. The Rep was very friendly and had the necessary expertise. I then had this company replace my entire HVAC system, the crew was great, I was very pleased with the work product and how clean they left my home. Job well done.

We had to replace our Carrier furnace in January 2021. Roth Heating (Theilmann - Oak Creek) were quick to respond with an estimate, answered many questions, and helped us choose a new furnace. Their price was competitive and I felt the service would be superior after we had met with another company first. We had them clean all of the ducts the ducts, too. All the crews that were in and out were professional, courteous, and clean. They left no messes and were 100% polite and professional. They kept me informed during their work so I understood what was going on. I will recommend them to others and use them again when we need a new A/C compressor.
