Contacted Thielmann for a quote on a new Furnace and Central Air. Steve came out and gave me a few options on what they have. What I liked about Steve was he was straight forward about everything. No high pressure sales. Steve sent us a quote, called me and said you should have your quote. I liked what I saw on the quote. Made appointment and Thielmann great group of guys came out and installed New Furnace & Central air. I was very pleased on how professional everyone was. I called 7:30 AM last Tuesday for a possible CO2 leak. They arrived before 11am, diagnosed the issue, advised a new furnace was needed. Space heaters were left for us to use in the interim. Thursday afternoon, they returned and installed the new furnace, putting plastic down on all carpeted surfaces, aware of wet boots, broken parts, etc. that might dirty the floor. Within two hours, the new furnace was installed and running perfectly. The installers, electricians and office staff were extremely professional and courteous, answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Thielmann to my friends and family. Thank you for a great experience!

We recently bought a house and knew the HVAC system would need to be replaced and were happy to work with Thielmann because we've hired them at previous homes. The whole team did a great job from the initial visit to see what we needed, the estimate, the gals who take care of the phone conversations, making the arrangements and the guys who showed up to install the HVAC equipment. All around great experience.

i had Roth Heating replace my Carrier Heating and AC system with a new one because some components of the previous system were beginning to fail. They cleaned my ducts the day prior to the installation of the new system, explaining how they were going to do the duct cleaning. They completed the cleaning of my three-zone duct runs in approximately 4 hours. The next day they came to install the replacement systems, they again explained how they were going to do the installation, when they would be taking a lunch break, and let me know the approximate length of time that they would need to complete the job. After they had the new systems installed, they did the system test and corrected the communication problem the zone control system had with the AC. The also showed me the new AC system outside and explained why there was a longer pipe connecting the AC into the furnace to prevent any vibration noise from the unit from sent into the house. The total time for the replacement was about 6 hours. The could not rune the AC at the time because it was not warm enough and said that they would make an appointment to do this when it was over 65 degrees.
