Our appointment was for the coldest day of the year. The installation went well, until the furnace wouldn't stay lit. A small part was broken. A technician (never got his name) came over the next day and did the repair. He spent nearly a hour checking over all the radiators in each room, to make sure all was working. We are very impressed with your company, and with all your workers. Well done.

We had an excellent HVAC installation experience with the Thielmann Group. Jason Peck, the company owner, came to our house and explained to us exactly how his company would install the ideal HVAC system for our large home. Jason answered all our dozens of questions with an alacrity we hadn't seen from any of the other heating and air-conditioning vendors in this market.

Soon after we placed our order, the Thielmann installation and engineering crew, led by the exceptionally knowledgeable Heath, got the job done quickly and efficiently, leaving the place much cleaner (and cooler!) than it was when they arrived.

The result: an ideal Lennox heating and cooling system that is even quieter than Jason described. Its efficiency is astonishing, especially compared to our 17.5-year-old HVAC system it replaced. It's as if the system is trying to keep a secret from us that it is actually cooling our house, and we feel surprised when we step outside our cool cocoon and the outdoor temperature is 90° with an 81° dewpoint.

Best of all, the Thielmann Group is affiliated with Costco, and as a result we got a spectacular number of rebates from Costco, the credit card companies and even a few hundred bucks from the Energy Star people. After taking bids from four other HVAC companies, this turned out to be the best deal, by far.

The bottom line: We got the best HVAC system we could've found anywhere, at the lowest possible price. Highly recommended!
