The experience from Dave's visit and quotation to Jon and his crew's installation was excellent and seamless. We are very happy with the entire project.

I cannot recommend Thielmann & Son enough. I called them on a Friday afternoon after I came home to my CO alarm going off in the basement. They sent somebody out within 2 hours to my house, diagnosed the problem and showed me the issue and it was very clear that I'd need a new boiler to replace the 30 year old unit I had. Not only did they have a quote to me within 2 hours of leaving my house, but they had 2 techs at my house the following Monday morning to install the new unit and install additional zoning at my request.

Every tech I met with was very nice and explained everything to me well. The work they did is outstanding. The solder joints and all pipe runs/fittings are clean, there are valves absolutely everywhere for easy replacement of hardware without needing to drain the whole system, all wire runs are managed, and best of all my house is heated and the zoning is working amazingly.

Great people to work with. Excellent price's and top notch service techs. Treat you like family would highly recommend.

We had a Mitsubishi Mini-split installed on our 3 season porch on Sept. 29, 2022. We were very pleased with the installers. They were very professional, friendly, left no mess whatsoever and thoroughly explained how to use our new system. We waited a few weeks to give this review because we wanted to see how well our system would work. We could not be happier with our mini-split!! We can now leave our door open to our 3 season porch because it is as comfortable as the rest of our house. This system is a game changer as we can spend time on our 3 season porch on days we would not have been able to be out there without a jacket. We are planning on keeping our houseplants on the porch year round as they will not freeze. We have had some nights in the 30's since it was installed and the system kept the room comfortable. We have been very happy with Thielmann Group.

Our old AC went down during a brutal heat wave and when we informed them we were very close to our baby's due date they re-arranged their schedule to get us taken care immediately, which was a huge relief!

Thielmans was wonderful to work with, they were very responsive for quoting and gave us concise information to help us make the best decision for our house.

These are the contractors for the HVAC deal we got through Costco. Excellent group. My wife had only good things to say about staff she interacted with to set up assessment and later appointment. The install crew was prompt, scrambled to fix any issues during install, and went above and beyond covering our drain hole (whole damn house is a custom nightmare) without question or cost. They split the work, so new central air unit will be installed in spring. Highly recommend.

Had a new HVAC system installed. From the estimate to the install less than a week later, everything was handled professionally and promptly.

The two furnace installers, and the electrician, were all polite, worked solidly, explained everything, and left the area tidy. Soon the ducts will be cleaned and then I can relax. I trusted them and they did not let me down.
