Thorough, responsive, and professional! Was originally going to go with another highly rated company but their sales approach left a bad taste in my mouth, so I decided to reach out to Thielmann & Son for a second quote. So glad I did! Dave was very knowledgeable and honest with me about everything. The guys who came to do the installation on my new furnace, John and someone else, we’re also awesome! Couldn’t be more pleased with the service from start to finish.

They performed an April Air install for us. Very professional, fast, knowledgable and responsive. Best price compared to the other places I called. They thought there may be difficulties installing due to our furnace set up, but were still willing to come out and try and offered to make us a custom box if needed for no extra charge. Just before Christmas 2022 our furnace broke down during a wicked cold snap. Thielmann was able to come out within a couple hours of our call (and earlier than promised!) during the busy holiday and fix the problem. Michael was very pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

Everyone we worked with at Thielmann & Son was professional, courteous, and helpful from the initial meeting with Steve to the installation crew. The workmen arrived on time and our new furnace and central air were installed in about five hours. I would definitely recommend Thielmann & Son Heating and Cooling.

The Thielmann Group installed a new Lennox furnace and an Aprilaire Whole Home Humidifier.

We appreciated the skilled installers who made the work short and concise. They came to the door and introduced themselves and were quick to the job while being sure all of my questions were answered prior to the installation. They also threw down drop cloths and carpet protectors to keep from any soil or damage to our existing floors.

When the job was done, they showed us the new unit and how to replace the humidifier filter as well as explained how it operated. They also asked if we had any other questions about the unit or the installation.

The manager also stopped by to introduce himself and check our progress.

Thielmann lived up to their promise and our expectations. They have excellent products and excellent service.

We have added Thielmann to our personal "referral list" that we keep whenever our friends or neighbors ask who we use.

The two installers did a excellent job of installing a Lennox furnace and air conditioner. They explained the new heating and cooling system and answered any questions we had.They were very nice and cleaned up the jobsite. I would highly reccomend using The Thielmann Group.

Thielmann was fantastic work with. Our HVAC system broke down during a bitter cold snap. They quickly quoted us a replacement heating and A/C system at an attractive price. For no charge, they loaned us multiple space heaters to keep the house comfortable (and pipes from freezing) until the installation was complete. We highly recommend Thielmann.

After having Thielmann install a Mitsubishi split system in a 3-seasons room, making it a 4-seasons room, we were so impressed with their work that we had them replace our 17 year old furnace. Scheduling the work was easy and they were flexible with changes in my availability.

We contacted the Thielmann Group to request a quote on replacing our 21 year old air conditioning unit and system. We had gotten four quotes total, and we ended up going with the Thielmann Group after careful consideration.

From start to finish, the customer service and level of expertise and professionalism was top notch. Wayne came out to take a look at the unit and air handling system. We appreciated his level of knowledge and experience in the field as well as his candor. He provided a thorough written quote by email following the inspection, and he was prompt in responding to follow up questions we had. Office staff helped get us scheduled in a timely manner. And last but most importantly, the technicians who completed the work were polite, professional and skilled.
