Very professional. Put on booties while in my house. Kept basement door closed so cat didn’t go down there. Explained what he did and said I could watch and ask questions as he did his system check …. All around pleasant experience. Joe imo is an excellent employee.

Rob was super, very friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced our water heater and sump pump. We were very happy with the service!

was surprised to recieve info of tecnician when he was coming over i opened door and greated him by name....but the most important part he fixed it to last, gave me options..i chose fix it to last. replace parts that were "working" but hard to use with valve i will no longer have to use a wrench to open and close much appreciatred and it looks good too always a plus. i did sign up for yearly maintenance..i feel good about that

We updated a guest bathroom, and Dakota came to uninstall our old faucet and returned a few days later to install the new one. He was personable and professional and did an excellent job for us. Dakota ensured everything was spotless before he left and showed us what he had done. He provided excellent service and is a great person to have on your team. Thank you!

I called Hocker's in the morning about a drain problem in our basement. Their technician (John) was at our home that afternoon to do a assessment of our problem and write a estimate for our repairs.
He answered all our questions about the repair and time frame for the repair.
Scheduled the repair was easy, they were on time, as scheduled. We received a texted each morning with arrival time. ( John, Chris, Joey, and Rob) did a great job. Very professional, courteous and respectful of their work environment. Great Employees and job, Hocker's.

John and Chris did a great job for me today! They were fast ,polite and very clean doing the work. They were very up front on the cost. I will have them do any other plumbing needs we have.

We have used Hockers Plumbing ever since we purchased our house 40+ years ago. We had them recheck our toilet after we had new flooring put in, with the toilet being taken out and replaced by another plumber. We called Hockers because we were concerned it was leaking. Found out it wasn't but was not properly put back in. Very satisfied with all of the projects we have had done over the years. Highly recommend them.

First time using this business, and I would highly recommend them! Brandon did an outstanding job in his explanation of the problem, and was thorough and knowledgeable. The pre arrival text message was clever, with his profile, and some of his interest, along with stating that he was on his way. Extremely satisfied!

He was professional, knowledgeable and took care of our issue within an hour. I asked questions and he was very thorough on the explanations to help a non-plumbing person!
