We were having an extreme emergency with all toilets in our women's restroom overflowing & flooding at once out of nowhere. I called Hockers since they were the first plumber that came up when I googled and I told them what was going on and asked if they could come by ASAP to help. They said they were finishing a job but could come by once they were done. Within 20 minutes they were here and getting to work! Jon and Chris were so nice and they worked very fast to get the overflow/flooding under control. They explained what happened and provided additional recommendations for the future so something like this won't happen. I highly recommend them for any plumbing concerns! Had tree roots removed from pipes. John and Chris were awesome. Timely, professional, did a great job. Took time to explain the cost before hand. I was unable to go downstairs for them to show me it was clear as I have infant twins. John came upstairs and showed me pictures of it being clear. Thanks John and Chris!!!

Dakota and Joey arrived at the house on time and were very nice and respectful. They did the job that was requested-replaced 3 shut off values- plus some additional pipes to our faucet that they thought would be helpful for us. They made sure there were no leaks and cleaned up before they left. Two very nice young men. I could tell Dakota was training Joey, and Dakota treated Joey as an equal, teaching him and asking him to get items from the truck with respect. We will call Hockers again if we need plumbing work done. Thank you Dakota and Joey!!

Had a leak in my main cast iron drain from a previous repair. Because of the age of my home and some of the plumbing not within code I decided to replace some existing plumbing. Hockers came out and did a professional job and in a very timely manner. I am very impressed with their workmanship. Thanks Blake and his assistant (sorry I didn't get your name). They did an outstanding job.

Called Hockers to have them remove a dead water softener, salt tank and replumb the water line. Communication was great. Tyler and his buddy were on time, clean in their work and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Price seemed very fair.

Last night our water heater totally just blew. Water everywhere on the basement floor and did some research on who to contact. Called Hockers this morning and spoke to Sara who was super helpful and was able to send someone out within the hour with a new heater. Jason did an amazing job and was super efficient! He even helped clean up the standing water I couldn’t get to since all of my towels in the house were used up. Will definitely recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues!

Joe was very professional and punctual. He was in contact throughout the day to make sure the appointment went smoothly. He gave me a full breakdown on the matenience and recommendations for future work to make my system more efficient.

Kevin Jolly came out the same day we called. He was very nice and very professional, and he had our AC diagnosed and working again within an hour. I highly recommend!
