I contacted 2 plumbers that assured me that they'd stop by and check the work I needed done and do the plumbing for me. I waited over a month and both plumbers blew me off. I saw a Hockers truck at a neighbor to my sister-in-laws. I called Hockers and spoke with Sarah. Incredibly nice experience. I needed the recharge water from the water softener plumbed to the outside. Sarah spoke with Seth, the Manager who said that they'd do the plumbing. We made arrangements to have the work done this past Monday. The Friday before the appointment, Sarah called to ask if Monday still worked and that Justin would be the plumber I'd be meeting with. On Monday Sarah called to let me know that Justin was on the way. I met with Justin, he explained what he was going to be doing and completed the work in a quick and professional manner, as a bonus, he was pleasant to speak with! In this day and age, it's really great to see a company that provides excellent customer service! Thank you Sarah, Seth and Justin!

This is a long review. However I feel it is necessary as Hockers went above and beyond helping my family out with our plumbing issue. Don’t hesitate to call them. Great people all around and customer service is excellent. Contacted Hockers through a referral as my sewer line backed up. Ben came out that day to get our family back up and running. Unfortunately it was discovered that my back flow valve caused the issue and required replacement. Ben took the time to explain/ and show me what had happened. He was able to write up an estimate for me on the spot. Due to the timely response and the courtesy from the entire staff at Hockers Plumbing, along with a fair estimate we decided to have them replace the back flow valve. Scheduling was very easy. Ben and Joe showed up on time and proceeded to get to work. Unfortunately for them the job turned out to be far more involved and challenging. They spent the entire day trying to make it right. Ben said that the correct thing to do would be to special order a fitting as it would provide a better solution, even though it would take them additional time. I agreed with his assessment. They picked up the part the next day a returned to complete the job. Upon inspection I thought their was a major mistake. I called their office and left a message as it was after hours voicing my concerns. They contacted me immediately the next day and scheduled a time for Ben, Joe and Seth their service manager to come out and resolve the issue. Fortunately they acknowledged the issue, had a resolution and a plan. It ended up being quite simple and not as big of a concern as I thought it to be. The response from Sarah in they office, Ben, Joe and Seth could not have been more refreshing and professional. Don’t hesitate to contact them for your plumbing needs.

I asked them to come out to repair a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink of my newly purchased house, and to give an estimate for installing a dishwasher. They scheduled me in and just a few days later they came by and installed the dishwasher and replaced the pipes beneath my sink in just a few hours. Very quick, very affordable, very professional. Highly recommend.

Our Technician, Kevin, did an outstanding job clearly identifying the root cause of our air conditioning problem and promptly and efficiently made the appropriate repairs. He was both personal and professional and came on time exactly as promised. He also gave us helpful tips on using our equipment more efficiently and cost effectively. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with their AC issues.

Brandon, just 20 years old, did a really good job with replacing my water heater this morning. Only about 2 1/2 hours from the time I made my call to Hockers and when Brandon had professionally replaced my defective water heater! Wow. He has the potential to become the best installer you could hope for as an employer. Just some fine tuning...introduce self, and warn house just before turning off the water. ; )

Rob Friebel came by and helped us with some bathroom plumbing issues. He was courteous, professional and explained everything well.

As an added perk, Hockers has extremely reasonable pricing for their services and was able to schedule us soon, despite the issue moving into that gray space between emergency and a nice-to-have improvement. We will definitely be considering them for future work.

I recently just bought a house and had a panic when I found water in my basement on Sunday. I sent an appointment request thru the website and within an hour I received a phone call to have a tech come out to look at the issue. Jon and Chris showed up EARLY which was fantastic and they went right to work. They were quick and efficient and were great at communicating with me thru the whole repair process. Turns out tree roots were to blame. They made sure everything was functioning great before they left and also informed me how to check/prevent a blockage in the future! (photos attached are of the mess I was dealing with before I got their help)

Woke up this morning to water covering the basement floor and no hot water. Water heater completely shot. We called Hockers at 9am, they had a tech here by 9:40am. Dakota was friendly, professional and thorough! He completed our water heater replacement by 11:15am! Before he left, he explained what he did, what to look for on our new water heater, talked to us about the warranties, the membership program and asked us if we had any other questions or concerns and my favorite part- he asked if we were happy with everything! Great quality service! We are very happy and grateful!

Joe was our technician today and I was impressed by his thoroughness, professionalism, explanations and willingness to answer my questions. Up front pricing is a policy that is followed. We had the routine A/C seasonal checkup and a thermostat upgrade today. Our outside AC box is sparkling after Joe cleaned it all up. 10 star service. Thank you to Hockers

When I called Hockers they had someone out here early next day for my leaking bathroom sink. Nate was wonderful and had it fixed within a few minutes! I had a very pleasant experience and most definitely will call again. Nate was very personable and professional.
