I don't know where you find your employees, but the last few times we have had some work done they are very friendly and personable. It's great to see that this day and age when customer service is almost a thing of the past. Tyler was great, and installed a new disposal quickly.

Jon and the gentleman he was training were both on time and courteous, even when I explained that my long-haired teen daughters have clogged this drain before! ;-) This wasn't a DIY clog. Glad I called the professionals.

Tyler S also came to fix my old, running toilet. He did a great job explaining what he was recommending for the fix and why. I appreciated that both service teams tried to be at my house around the same time to limit my time away from work.

I called last night just before closing, and they were at my door by 9am the next morning. John called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, and also sent a photo so I knew who to expect!
We had a very clogged drain in our bathroom and he and Chris had it fixed like new within 20 minutes.
Would definitely recommend and use again!

Had no AC on Memorial Day called them after hours and they were at my house within 40 minutes. Joe did a great job at getting our AC repaired quickly. Also the owner was present with Joe on a Holiday. Great service! Thank you!!

Dakota arrived so fast I honestly cannot believe it! He was extremely helpful and super nice! I was of course very upset about the backed up nasty water in my basement! He assured me everything would be fine and that he would fix it !! He did! Dakota did not leave until he knew everything was running right! I was upset and concerned about the clean up process and he offered sound good advice on the aftermath! I highly recommend this company and I hope you get Dakota on call. He really turned my day around!

I called Hockers yesterday morning to have them install a new garbage disposable. Tony came the same morning and installed it quickly and professionally. Excellent service.

Ben Hess cleared a plug in our main sewer line and provided a detailed assessment of our 125 year old house plumbing. This included live video of under slab drain lines out to the drop into the city sewer. He provided two quotations for optional future repairs for our budget planning. He also recommended some repairs/upgrades I could do myself. He was helpful, wore booties when entering the basement, and cleaned up after himself.
I was pleased with the results addressing our emergency needs and our long term home maintenance planning.

Blake did an excellent job installing a new sink, faucet and dishwasher. He took the time to explain the process and answer any questions. He was very professional and has exceptional communication skills.

I am very pleased with the service I received when repairing a leak in the laundry room. Justin was professional, courteous and completed the work in a timely manner. Hockers was was able to send someone within 24 hours of our call. They also provided text updates and phone calls as to the time in which Justin was to arrive. I was especially appreciative of the text message with Justin's photo and information about him so I knew who to expect at my home. I will be using Hockers for all future needs.
