Hockers has had our plumbing business for years. Going into a holiday weekend, we had a routine plumbing issue which would need to be addressed but not urgently. The office staff worked with us to set up an appointment time, discuss likely costs and address the concern. The technician, Tyler, called us about arriving early for our scheduled time window. Tyler arrived over 30 minutes ahead of our arrival window. He assessed the situation and provided an on the spot estimate for the work. We reviewed the estimate and he completed the work promptly. Great service!

My old water heater started leaking Thursday night. I called Hockers Friday morning to see if someone could come out to fix it or install a new one. The office said "no problem, someone will be out there between 11-1." I got an email AND text at 9:49am saying that Nate G is on his way out. Nate was here little after 10am, earlier than expected, which was awesome!! He was fast and professional. In and out with a new water heater in about 1 hour or so!! Great service and personality...both the office/dispatch AND from Nate G! Would definitely recommend Hockers!!

Riley and Ryan came over to install a brand new Central Air Conditioning unit and a new Furnace. They were both super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They explained everything to us in detail, and even went above and beyond and threw in a new cold air return vent in the basement to help circulate air. This is the third time I've used Hockers and they are amazing! We used them in the past for a water heater and for a toilet installation. Great company and staff. They offer some of the best products and warranties in the industry! Will absolutely be using them again for all of our needs.

Rob was extremely helpful when it came to disconnecting and reconnecting our water heater/etc. during our drain tile being replaced. He was very kind to answer all my questions and made extra time for me when I asked if he could inspect some other plumbing concerns that I had. Jon and Chris also came to inspect our old existing drain tile and they were both very kind and informative. Hockers has been really great to us with all our basement issues!!! Highly recommend!!

Nate G with a timely assist from Tony took care of our issues in a courteous and highly professional manner. Terry managed us into a busy schedule and we got our problem resolved sooner than expected. We highly recommend the Hockers team.

Ben and Joey were absolutely wonderful. They arrived on time both days and were polite, friendly and alot of fun to get to know while they were here. They made the whole process so easy.

Ben is amazing. He knows what he is doing and he explained everything to me so I would understand. He is a great teacher for the next generation of plumbers.

Joey is a great young guy. He was right in there doing what needed to be done and soaking up all the knowledge the other guys have. His willingness to learn will make him a great plumber in the future.

Tyler was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything that could be done and what needed to be at later time.

The team work I saw between all 3 of these guys in the last 2 days was absolutely amazing. Keep up the good work Ben, Joey and Tyler and thank you for the amazing job done at my home.

The water heater stopped working, Hockers had Tony come out, and he was so nice and thorough. What a great employee. So appreciative of the fast response and the customer service. I would give it more stars if I could.

Jon G and Chris were the plumbers that came to my house to unclog the sewer pipe. They were very professional and knowledgeable about what and how the job needed to be done. When the job was done they cleaned up after themselves. Jon G and Chris were also very kind and respectful. They explained and showed me how the clog happened and things to do to avoid it from happening again.

I am blown away by my experience with Hockers Plumbing! I am fairly handy around the house, but I had an issue that proved to be above my skill level. Hockers scheduled, and completed the job before I even heard back from any other company I reached out to. Speed and efficiency is key when dealing with sewage, and the whole team at Hockers was incredible.
I received a call back right away, and then scheduled an appointment for the same day. I then received a text update when the technician was heading over, complete with picture of who Would be coming. Jon was even early and was waiting for me to get started!
The biggest reason for the 5 star review is our tech Jon G. I am so thankful for his wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and skill. He explained everything and helped me prioritize further issues I have been having. He talked through price before every step, and I did not feel pressured at all to go through with something I was not prepared for today.
There are other plumbing companies in Green Bay, and I’m sure they are good. But I will be working with Hockers from now on, and no one else. There is a reason they have hundreds of 5 star reviews and they live up to the hype!

Joe came out to service my air conditioner. Was the first time I worked with him, and he was great!! I've been doing business with Hockers for 30 years and I've never been disappointed. They are reliable and their staff is amazing, including the office staff!!
