Joe arrived in a timely manner, brought his tools in and got right to work, knowledgeably and competently doing a furnace tune up on the newer Rheem. He demonstrated excellent technical knowledge and most importantly great attention to detail. Then it was time to work on the 30 year old Tempstar. Joe said he had never worked on this model, nor one as old. So, he called for advice and did the job right! I was quite surprised when he told me this was his first solo furnace tune up job... could have fooled me. Joe was also pleasant and interesting to talk with. He kept me informed on each step of the operation. Most impressed and I must say, you folks over at Hockers have an excellent employee in Joe and I will definitely recommend Hockers.

Joe and Kevin did an excellent job troubleshooting my issue (refrigerant leak) and explained the steps/options the whole way through. Very thorough and professional, did not try to upsell me anything I didn't need. Would definitely recommend to friends/family.

Dakota was great to work with. Very friendly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Provided us some helpful information so we can be proactive and plan for when our sump pump will need to be replaced. Would enjoy working with him again.

Tyler showed up right on time. Was very fast and professional. I was blown away with how fast and efficient he was. The leak he fixed completely took the weight off my shoulders and relieved months of anxiety. So thank you guys for being so great! And for working on mobile homes! It feels like a rarity.

Installation of water softener. Hockers has been our "go-to" plumber since George Hockers rescued us on a Friday night Christmas Eve pipe disaster more than 30 years ago. They always come when they say they are coming, and I have never been disappointed in their service. Recently, their plumber, Justin Close, replaced our water softener. He was very professional. He answered all my questions. He was personable and competent and knows what he is doing. Again, I am very satisfied. I will continue to recommend Hockers.

I needed a sump pump replaced and they were able to fit me in same day. They communicated well about when I could expect their guy to show up, and he was in and out of my house in less than hour. All around an awesome experience, and the quality of the work was top notch.

Contacted Hocker Plumbing at approximately 1:30 PM with Sump Pump issues. they had a service tech to our house by 2:15 pm. Nate was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Everyone I dealt with at Hockers was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Hockers Plumbing!!

We have had a faucet that was leaking and need of replacement. Call was made at 8:30am and 10:00am Tyler came to repair the faucet. He was professional and pleasant to deal with. We reviewed the repair cost and work was completed. Will use them again.

Hockers did an amazing job on my furnace/air conditioning repair. Kevin Jolly came out, explained and showed me which part failed, then proceeded to fix it. Didn’t try to upsell or cajole me into buying a complete new system.
