We had a really old sump pump that was on it's last legs with all the melt and rain. Hockers Plumbing promptly scheduled an appointment with me and they were even able to reschedule it for sooner once I realized my pump was struggling even more than I thought. Brandon was awesome! He went over our options and definitely recommended what would be best for us, which ended up being the least expensive option! He installed it the same day in less than an hour. He answered all our questions and was very personable! I definitely recommend Hockers Plumbing!

I called on the Friday of a holiday weekend and they made a same day appointment. The tech, Dakota, showed up early. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything. I felt he was very fair. He was very positive. I will never call any other plumbing company besides Hockers from this point forward.

What an amazing experience. Joe called me to let me know he was running late due to a meeting and would be here in 45 mins, which he was. I received a text alert with the photo of my maintenance technician, which I think is a great feather. Joe was extremely accommodating to my animals and took extra care when entering and leaving the house.
The work and service was great. Joe took the time to go over everything on my AC unit both inside and outside. They located the problem and he went over all of my options and the monthly service plan. Joe installed the broken part quickly and walked me through everything. I signed up for the monthly plan because of him. I feel confident that Hockers will take care of all my family's heating and cooling needs. THANK YOU

We had Joe Ferris doing the work of fixing our AC and he was professional and courteous and found the problems and was able to also bring his courteous associate Kevin also as well and both completed the job on a timely manner! Although not cheap to replace the parts but they did get the job done and was courteous in explaining the things they were doing and when replacing! Will use them again!

Had a technician out within 24 hours of placing the call. Tyler was courteous, efficient, and helpful and the charge was very reasonable. Will definitely use Hockers again.

John and Chris came to inspect a sink that was draining slow. Found that the stopper was the issue. Made quick adjustment to the mechanism and worked great. No charge for the visit. Very professional and honest. Have used Hockers in the past, and will again in the future.

HVAC Tech Kevin came to my home to look at my heating/cooling issue where no AC was blowing. He methodically tested and ruled out potential issues and discovered the blower motor was inoperative. He replaced the motor/capacitor. Tested the new motor. Then continued testing both the furnace and AC Unit outside my residence. I was truly impressed with his thoroughness and knowledge. Very positive attitude. Pricing was fair. Thank you, Kevin, for everything. Definitely recommend Hockers.

Chris and Jon arrive exactly on time and we’re great to deal with. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. And we’re able to provide multiple options on how to repair my plumping. I would highly recommend both Jon and Chris from hockers for any plumbing work needed

Nate was the best . Very professional. He explained stuff we didn't know . It was so great to have him and when we have more work to be done I want him back. And that should be very soon. I'm so glad I called your office. Spot on. Being a disabled veteran with our problems as my wife and I are getting older. Living in Las Vegas having two homes is hard.we love our green bay home but it's old and needs work. Well thank you.

Had a problem with my AC it was making funny noise. Technician Kevin Jolly came out and did full maintenance on my system. Excellent work, personable and professional. He solved my issue fast and properly. I will recommend this company to all my friends. After 40 years in Food and Beverage I have dealt with a variety of cooling and heating companies. Kevin gets an A+ in my books.
