Best customer service around! Our system was just outside of the warranty period, but we were not charged for our service call. Plenty of companies would have charged us, but not Healthy Home. We highly recommend Health Home if you want an outstanding customer service experience and top quality technicians.

As always Stephen was outstanding and had us back up and running. He is very professional and friendly. Stephen installed and maintained my system for 5 years. Very glad I found this comany.

Healthy Home Heating & Cooling recently installed a new AC unit for us. They've had our HVAC business for years and will continue to be our trusted partner for all things HVAC. The entire process was seamless from working with Steven on the routine maintenance of our old unit and addressing our concerns to then working with the design, install and project teams. We decided to install central air after 24 years of window units in a home with hot water heat. We worked with project manager Nicole, installation manager Mark and the crew of Nick M, Chris, Ben O, JJ and Patrick. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with everyone we worked with. Everyone was very polite, respectful of my home and very patient with all of my questions. It was a pleasure to work with all of them. Kudos to Healthy Home for having such an amazing team!!!

I do appreciate the time he took explaining things about what we have in this house that is new to us. We found out nothing had been serviced for years. The filters for for furnance/AC looked filthy. He told me about options to solve the issues. I’m glad to have chosen Healthy Home. Now I know what the new filters will do to keep my daughter and I healthier. The service contract is what I wanted. 4/13/23 Update:
Steve just came to check on the AC unit which was not turning on. It was a simple fix and he provided me with a wealth of tips and information. He’s friendly, he communicates well and does fantastic work every visit. I wouldn’t use any other company; HEALTHY HOME HEATING & COOLING, LC is the very best choice and I’d recommend to family and friends! Call them!! 👍🏻😃

Jan. ‘23:
Our old furnace from 2002 gave up the ghost and stopped heating so we decided to get a new furnace, whole home humidifier and air filtration system.

Ben did the installation and did a fantastic job! He arrived a little early and finished early as well. He also installed a new thermostat and showed us how to get the app and set it up on our phones before he left to ensure we knew how to operate it.

The new furnace is so quiet, we don’t hear it. The house is much more comfortable now with the humidifier and air filtration system! We have two kitties and a dog and it seems to help with our allergies quite a bit.

Thank you all for helping us out! Everyone involved were tremendously helpful, knowledgeable and so friendly! We are thrilled!!
