Healthy Home Heating & Cooling replaced my 15 year old furnace that was only 80% efficient. The lady who came out and did the estimate was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to schedule the install the following week. They put in a new Rheem 98% efficient furnace and an Aprilaire media cleaner and did a great job! You can tell that the installer and the helper really do take pride in their work. Will definitely be using this company again in the future!

I would initially give a 5 star for fast response and friendly techs. I found Healthy Home thru Angi. HH responded pretty fast, arrived later the same day, and had one of my furnaces working within 1 hour of arrival, by installing a new part (cost of service fee plus part of $500+). I wrote a check , did not receive a receipt electronically or hard copy.

However, a different tech returned the next day to repair the second furnace. Over night, the part that was installed in furnace 1 failed and my building was again without heat. Tech 2 was able to fix furnace 2, and determine furnace 1 was not fixable. Furnace 2 may work for 6 days, 6 months, or 6 years who knows?

I asked for a quote to replace the furnace system because the current system is over 30 years old and could totally die at any time.

A specialist was brought in to get the information needed to prepare an accurate quote and propose options.

I never heard anything after that. I've called 3 times asking for an update. Calls are never returned. If my job is above your capabilities - please let me know so I can find a different HVAC company to work with.

Lack of professionalism regarding quote response, no credit for failed part, no receipt.

Not happy with Healthy Home - would NOT refer to my worst enemy let alone a friend or family.

Jake did a wonderful job explaining the issues. Very knowledgeable and personable.

Ben did a great job walking us through the vent cleaning process, took care with his work in our house, and did an awesome job showing progress along the way. Highly recommend!
