Extremely impressed with the service we received from Neil! Unfortunately we have Covid but Neil was still able to come and help us fix our air conditioner with zero contact. We used our phones to communicate and troubleshoot and Neil was very professional and pleasant to work with. We have been extremely pleased with our service from Healthy Home Heating & Cooling every time they helped us out.

I have used Healthy Home Heating & Cooling since 2012. They are always professional, courteous, honest, ethical and on time. It's refreshing working with a company that doesn't try to sell you things you don't need or that could make situation worse. They always take the time during each visit to explain everything and answer questions. Jeremiah happened to be the technician today and while newer to the company, the service and professionalism he provided exemplifies what this company stands for.

Our furnace wasn’t working quite right so we gave Healthy Home a call before a small issue suddenly became a big one in a really cold day. Costs were explained to me and they were able to get Neil out within a couple hours. Neil found the likely problem and checked several other things to help maximize efficiency. He was personable and talked me through several things in a way someone who isn’t an experienced HVAC professional could understand. I appreciated the effort and thought costs were reasonable.

After 27 years, it’s time for a new furnace. Forrest took extra time to show pictures of the various issues, explain our options, and answer questions. His service was fantastic…professional and trustworthy. Thanks Forrest!!
