Had Furnace and air conditioner replaced. Very happy with the work done. Work was completed professionally. Pricing was fair. Furnace is working great. Due to the cold temperatures they we’re not able to charge the air conditioner with refrigerant. We were assured they would be back as soon as the outside temperature is above 60 degrees. Will update on how that goes when completed. So far so good. I would recommend Healthy Home heating and cooling.

We couldn’t be happier with the customer service at Healthy Home Heating and Cooling. From the thorough tech who serviced our old furnace to Cassie’s educational presentation on our new options. Every person we came into contact with was professional and ensured our needs were met. What blew me away most was three months after our new furnace was installed Cassie assisted me with some needed follow up documentation and then went out of her way to deliver it to my home. This wasn’t something the company needed to do but they were happy to help! I recommend this company 100%!

When our furnace started making the death rattle, Healthy Home came out and identified the issue and stopped the noise. Quoted us what it would be to repair our ancient unit. Ultimately we decided that it was time to replace the furnace. Cassie came out the next day and gave us estimates. She was fair and honest and gave us advice about replacing our even older AC at the same time. With receiving $1000 off if we replaced both the furnace and AC unit at the same time, we decided to bite the bullet and do both. The price was reasonable for both units, less than we thought it would be. They were able to come out 2 days later and take out our old units and installed our new ones all in one day. Luke and his partner were efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you Healthy Home for making this home repair we have been dreading easy and painless.

Very happy with the service, but….Steven is a CHATTERBOX and shares personal information. He was at our house for 3 hours to do systems check and cleaning and could have completed the task in 2.5 hours without all the chatting.

First off want to say Ben was handsome and intelligent. He was on time courteous and did a great job. But that does not compare his handsomeness and intelligence. Would recommend their service.

The service technician was great! The scheduled time was for 8:30-9 was called and was told he would be there at 10am showed up at 11am. Not acceptable. Then was not informed this tune up would take more than an hour, 2 1/2 hours later. We had appointments and other obligations to be at. And find out that the unit has an issue that should have been resolved last year. This is a new unit.

Steven is always very friendly, explains everything before he does the work. Great personality and does a thorough job. He is also very conscientious. After job is done, always cleans up the work site. Always a joy to see him.

We were having some issues with our central air conditioning. Ben came out and did an excellent job. He talked us through what was going on and his plan to resolve the issue. When he left we were all set and the house was cooling down

The healthy home team lead by Mr. Morales did a fantastic job. Extremely professional, courteous, didn’t leave until I understood everything, were extremely respectful and punctual.

I would recommend them for anything that I have done to my home environmental system.

We are very happy with our scheduled furnace maintenance inspection. Steven was very thorough during the inspection. He had no problem with me watching him and asking questions about what he was doing. He explained everything he was doing. Our furnace is 14 years old and was cutting out on the low setting. Steven found a small leak in our heat exchanger. He then gave us all possible options with prices. Not once did he try to pressure me into buying anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Update: Jake came and did the repairs we needed. He did a great job replacing the heat exchanger that was leaking. He was clean courteous polite and efficient. I would highly recommend them.
