Ben did the best he could. What really upsets me is the fact that this AC was installed new last year June 2022. I turned it on yesterday and it doesn’t come on. Find out today the compressor needs to be replaced? Not very happy. Are we stuck with a lemon?

He was very professional, nice, and very informative. He was also very honest with everything he said and explained things very well. He came on time and there was also a link I could follow to see when he would arrive which was nice. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and use them for any upcoming business I need in the future.

It started off on the wrong foot this morning waited six weeks for this service and received a call that they could not be here till 12:30 -2:30 window. My appt. was for 8:30 to 9:30 I had arranged my schedule for this appt. that time frame they gave me was not acceptable. I had to get ugly to get the appt. for this AM I do not like being that person to me after you set a time it should be honored not canceled to a different time frame. The tech that was sent out did a complete inspection and found one small problem which he rectified. He also sold me on the AC tune up for spring time I believe that was a job that should have been done by the office personal.Continue Had AC check up replace the capacitor because it was out of range cleaned the condenser from cottonwood fluff tested the system and found that the expansion valve was not working correctly so scheduled it to be replaced that was done on 7/6/23 the service provider was very professional and replaced the valve and air dryer refilled system seams to be working good. I would recommend them for your needs and I am really fussy.

Cade and Nicole did a great job of inspecting and repairing our very old cooling system and recommending options for follow-up work.

Had them come take a look at my air conditioner, they were there about 10 minutes, was told that it was leaking coolant and I would be better off getting a whole new air conditioner. Got a 2nd opinion, needed to clean the inside of the unit and it’s working great.

Forrest did a great job explaining everything about a furnace to me, probably can start my own company now. He explained everything he did and why. I was very happy with his service.

Steve and Jaden were fantastic. Not just the workmanship, but their willingness to answer my questions and explain what was going on with our system were deeply appreciated. No leaks, All zones are operational, and the radiators are warm. We will need another visit to replace a sticking relief valve and to add glycol.
