I had multiple services performed by Hockers in the past year and every time they have done a fantastic job.
Ben has been out here twice to clean our main sewage line and some minor blockages, Jon and Chris water jetted the main sewage line, Nate installed a new toilet and Gary installed a backwater valve. Each time the guys have been quick, clean, and super professional. Would definitely recommend Hockers if you need plumbing work done.

5/4/23 Update: I called this morning and asked to get a new water heater installed, Nate and Joe came out within two hours and installed one for us. Extremely fast work and high quality just like every time

They did an excellent job. We thought we would be without hot water for the weekend, but they were able to send someone in less than an hour. They removed the old water heater and installed the new water heater withing an hour and a half. there was no mess to clean up after them. They explained the new heater's controls and warranty. They were very friendly and helpful. They have won over all our service needs. Greg and Mary

Joe Ferris came out to clean our AC. Found a problem with our blower motor. Fixed it, researched that is was still under warranty. Saved us money. Was very professional. Great asset to the company.

Joe Ferris was amazing! I called on a Sunday and not just any Sunday but Father’s Day because my AC wasn’t working. Within 30 minutes he was at my house! He did an amazing job and was very polite and professional. I highly recommend this business and Joe did an outstanding job at representing Hocker plumbing services! A million thank you!

I have used Hockers several times for basic plumbing needs. I have always gotten an appointment quickly and they are good about having small windows within which they will arrive. I have found their service to be very professional.

Hockers did a great job installing an A/C unit for me Ryan and Riley were great to work with. They were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone.

We were unable to use our sink or washer due to a sewer backup. I left a message about my problem on a Friday evening and received a call back on Monday morning with a scheduled Wednesday visit. I got a text reminder on Tuesday along with a photo of the service person that was scheduled to do our repairs.. The service person John called before leaving the shop on Wed morning. John and Chris arrived at the promised time and completed the job within 20 minutes. Our experience was a positive one and I recommend Hockers highly. The staff was extremely pleasant and professional from the office personnel to John and Chris who did our work.

Enjoyed my overall experience working with Hockers. They were very professional from scheduling the appointment to when the job was completed the same day. I had Dakota as my service tech. He was ahead of schedule and called me to see if he could arrive sooner than the scheduled time slot. Dakota was professional, helpful, and was able to swap the pump out in less than 30 minutes. He also took the time to clean up behind himself. 10/10 would recommend Hockers Plumbing.

I called about a broken outdoor faucet and water leak just before Hockers closed one day and Dakota was on my doorstep at 8 am the next morning. He quickly identified the problem and within an hour a new faucet was in place. Dakota was both personable and professional, and made certain that I was satisfied with the repair. He took the time to show me what had caused the issue, demonstrate the new valve and explain use of the bleed valve in the new faucet. Excellent work Dakota and great response Hockers!
