A/C diagnostics/repairs:
Joseph was very thorough, and able to detect the reason why our aircondition no longer works. He will be back to install a new electronic board shortly and we can't wait to get our aircondition up and running again after EIGHT visits from "Area Heating and Cooling", who managed to flood our garage twice, flood our electronic board and run up a huge bill for us without fixing the issue. Thank you Joseph! We can't wait to see you again!!!!!

Daniel called to say he'd be a little early, he was courteous and prompt.
When he arrived he was professional but friendly, very easy to talk to.
He also thourough and very informative about the process which was very appreciated.
We had a great meeting with Daniel and if the rest of your staff is anything like him we can't wait to get started with you!
It is a couple weeks later now.
Jason and the crew were fantastic!
They did the job in less time than promised, they were courteous and professional and I must say some of the nicest guys to work with.
Jason explained everything and was always willing to answer any questions we had.

Had Eli out today to look into a clogged footing drain and he quickly cleared as much of the drain as he could and clearly explained to us what the remaining problem was and some options for resolving it. Very happy with Eli and the service even though it wasn't great news.

Had an AC installed when a old unit failed.
All aspects of the interaction were excellent including price, professionalism, Office commitment to communication and follow up, explanations, warranty and follow up for unit performance issues.
Antonio is a superstar and he is committed to doing the work and being available even when the schedule is challenging. He offers thorough and transparent explanations And is extremely efficient and pleasant.
The only reason I don’t give it five stars is that it has required service twice in the short period since it was installed but issues were addressed.

I’ve been in property management for a while now and have used Apollo before with great results. When it was time to take care of my own house and have my drains cleaned I called them right away. Professional and courteous on the phone and scheduled an Appt for the next morning.
Eric showed up in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable and got my problems fixed without issue.
I will definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to anyone who has issues with drains/pipes/plumbing ETC.

Very organized business, I called in the early afternoon and they had me set for the very next morning. The tech messaged us 30 minutes prior to showing up and was right on time. Clean, quick and professional once here and we only had a minimum charge as he was in and out with a full report for my insurance. Thanks!

Sewer inspection: Eli Paz did a very nice job inspecting our sewer line. He let us know, before starting, that he was ready to start the inspection. When finished he let us know that he was done with the work. I found him to be professional, polite and efficient; well done Apollo Drain and Rooter Service!
