Thaison Shetler came to our house to do an appraisal and lay out our options and explain what we needed to know regarding upgrading our sinks, fixtures and water filters.

Mario Centeno gave me estimates for replacing my central AC system. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. He explained everything to me clearly, answered all my questions, and volunteered a lot of useful information. He gave me a number of estimates right away and made sure I understood the specifics of each. I was very impressed and pleased with his service.

I called our regular HVAC company that we got grandfathered into using because they were the ones that installed and serviced the Central Air unit before we bought our house. Appointments were a week and a half out. 12 calls and 12 companies later I got in touch with Apollo. They were the only company with same day appointments (and nice employees on the phone). I received a text and phone call to confirm when someone was on the way.

Jason arrived ahead of the scheduled window, answered all my questions, let me get back to work while he worked, diagnosed and fixed the current issue and gave me suggestions for next repairs and maintenance.

The office gal was friendly and easy to schedule with.
Scheduling was easy and convenient.
Pricing was reasonable and comparable to most, better than some.
Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, followed Covid safety guidelines, respectful of my requests regarding escape artist pets, and efficient.

We will be using Apollo for future maintenance and repairs.

Felix was very professional, He was knowledgeable, he took care not to just do something that might damage more. Felix made amazing recommendations and when I had further questions he called me back with detailed explanation on what I was asking about! Phone staff was amazing too.

Jason got the job done all in one day and cleaned up the absolute mess that was the plumbing in the basement of our 1940’s house. Needed a drain tub stopper replaced on my bathtub. Guy comes out and quotes me over $600!!! It’s a $20 part and unscrews in 30 seconds. He wanted to replace the whole tub drain and overflow which it didn’t need. And should never take 3 hours of labor. I said no I’m not paying for that. Got charged $254 for this scam!! ($200/hr with a 1 hr minimum and a $54 “dispatch fee”) DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Look for someone who isn’t trying to rip people off.
