Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning - WA

I have used Apollo for both my home and my business several times. Every time I call them they manage to exceed my expectations. Today I called Apollo at 1pm and Devin was at my home within 90 minutes. We had an issue that needed immediate attention. He was professional, took his time to respect our floors and did a great job. It is so nice to find a company in the trades that care and check every box. I recommend Apollo with no reservations. In previous jobs Eli and Anthony were also both exceptional.

My furnace quit working just as the weather started getting much colder. Apollo was able to fit me into their schedule the next morning. Even better, one of their techs finished their last job early and they were able send him out to me that afternoon. Brandon quickly found the problem, ordered the needed part, and picked it up himself to ensure I would not go without heat another night. Apollo is definitely my go to company the next time I need service for my home.

Customer service was amazing. They were able to set an appointment for diagnosis sooner than any other place i called. The technician showed up on time and was super nice. Kept on a great attitude despite the heat outside. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes, and got us on the schedule for repairs the next day(part needed to be special ordered). Came back the next day and did the repairs and even stayed a few minutes to make sure everything was working 100%. Great job! And great customer service! Planning on scheduling again for preventative maintenance!

Trystan was very professional and went the extra mile to try to get to the root of a problem that turned out to not be a plumbing issue. He was hard working and concerned.

My experience with Apollo was stress free. Great service and professional. I appreciate Justus very much for coming to two late night plumbing emergencies. He was quick, respectful, and communicative about the process both times. We also had another individual stop by the next day to follow up, and he was also very helpful and concerned with our issue. We had a very stubborn clogged kitchen pipe. Apollo was recommended to us by another plumber. It took 3 hours but Eric persisted and got the pipe clear. He was careful to clean up everything before leaving.

Eli came out to fix an exterior landscape drain blockage. He was fast and efficient and solved the problem without any additional disruption or issues. Would definitely use Apollo again.

Mike was fantastic. His work is clean and professional. He showed me where my garbage disposal was broken and had to do minor modifications to fit the new one. He gave me plenty of options and Lao sled me how much I used disposal.

We just had a new heating & cooling system (mini-split) installed in our home. In fact, the whole installation was finished today. It took 3 days for the entire install.
Ronald & Victor were the perfect team! They arrived at 8:00am & got to work straight away. When they left for the evening, everything was left immaculate.
Ronald & Victor took their project with a great deal of pride & ownership. We could see that we had been fortunate to get the best installers.
