Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning - WA

As a new home owner I needed the gas furnace looked at and a quick education on the system. Jason provided amazing guidance and solid recommendations. As I am trying to be financially responsible he gave me some options that I will still bid out but I am very happy with the service and am looking forward to working with Apollo in the future.

I had Eric visit me to unclog a bathroom sink. Eric was extremely professional and personable. He finished the job quickly and left me with a liquid solution so I can maintain it on my own more easily. Thank you Eric for helping me get my bathroom in working order again!

I had an emergency issue come up at my condo tonight- sewage water coming up through my shower drain and significant leaking from the base of my toilet- yikes! I called Apollo Plumbing and they came out within 1 1/2 hours. Justus McCabe
was my technician, and he was amazing! He was prompt, courteous, communicated well regarding his arrival time and estimate for work done, and he explained the process and his diagnostic findings with me every step of the way. He found the issue and resolved it- crisis averted! :)

My water heater was leaking at 1am and got a hold of a representative at Apollo, my apologies I forgot his name, but he kindly talked me through how to turn off the water heater when I texted him pictures of my 20 yr old water heater. He put me at ease and took my information. Following morning Nick and John checked my water heater and replaced it same day. They were very friendly and professional. They answered my questions and helped me navigate through the basics of the new water heater. I will contact Apollo for any future plumbing and heating needs.

The two technicians that visited were very quick and thorough.. the only reason why I didn’t use their service is that they identified the problem and said it wasn’t plumbing but landscape irrigation. They we’re kind and didn’t try to hustle or take advantage of me not knowing anything about the problem and they Gave me suggestions that will save me money. I will 100% be using this company for any plumbing needs I have in the future and will suggest Apollo to all my friends and neighbors.

Apollo's team was timely, professional, and completed the project in a timely manner. Kevin ran a camera into the pipe to visually inspect and remove all the root balls stuck in there- that was pretty cool.

Nick was competent straightforward we were pleased overall.

The kindest and most professional person came to assess 6 valves for my bath and kitchen. He was patient with my descriptions of leaks and respected my decision making as a homeowner. Very friendly and professional. My house was flooding from the main line being completely clogged. Once my landlord finally approved the repairs, Erik was out here in no time. I also really like that they send you a picture of the person coming to work on your house so you know it’s legit when they show up.
Overall, I’m very impressed and happy with the company, technician, and services.

Antonio could clearly see I did not know what I was doing or needed. He coordinated all the right people & got them all to schedule the work for the same day so we won’t be put out for like a week! He was very helpful!
