These guys were great. Super willing to be flexible after a communication miss-hap. Sent a guy when my schedule was available. The tech, Mike, was super friendly and knowledgeable. Really appreciate how they handled everything and the fix was pretty painless!

Had an issue with the bathroom sink constantly leaking, but Robert Freestone was awesome with quick repair, even with a toddler running around. He loved the little plumbing coloring book! Very nice, 10/10 service, thank you!

2 occasions… 1) replacing a an upstairs shower stem for hot water . Part put in backwards. Luckily we caught the repairman in time and he fixed the mistake.
2) Replacing our kitchen sink faucet…which literally came loose the NEXT DAY causing the faucet to dangle because the so called plumber
Installed a wrong washer. A $700. Fee that we are WAITING TO BE CORRECTED now for 17 days. Apollo Should consider a new name

Finding water in a spare room on Christmas Day was not fun. However, Apollo was straightforward with scheduling and got me in super fast, considering the holidays. The service pro that came out to help diagnose a leak, Michael R., was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and even gave me a few maintenance tips for plumbing and hvac! I super appreciated that considering this is my first home. He also gave me recommendations for next steps which was incredibly helpful and eased my stress, as this is my first major issue as a homeowner.

Lastly, my first experience with Apollo is when I hired them to do my sewer scope inspection before my home purchase was completed. Their findings saved me hundreds, if not thousands, in repairs if issues arose. I cannot recommend Apollo enough!!!

Had issues with a couple sensors on my furnace unit. Apollo was great about getting a technician out far sooner than any other outfit in this area to get my heating issues resolved. Both Joshua and Brandon were professional, courteous and quick and were able to get my heating back. Very pleased and glad to have my heat back.

A few famous last words... "I'll fix it myself" and "You get what you pay for". Here's the story. We were not getting consistent hot water to many of our faucets for the past couple of years. I checked the obvious, including the water heater and everything checked out ok. We finally broke down and said we need some professional help. Mike R. came out and saved the day. Without even touching anything and just having a conversation to understand the problem he quickly identify what the probable suspect was BASED ON EXPERIENCE. We had to replace a mixing valve!!! Mike R. is not just a plumber. He is a wealth of knowledge and so down to earth you will consider him family before the job is even done. Is Apollo cheap? Not necessarily. Are they the most expensive? Likely not. At the end of the day you are paying for the knowledge, the 5-star customer service you receive not only from Mike R., but the entire team and folks answers the phones and notifying you of arrival times (Jennifer, Savannah, and more...) etc. In our experience, you get what you pay for and then some. As you know, it's hard to find good customer service these days, but don't worry. You'll get it from Mike R. and the team at Apollo. Thank you for setting the bar high and we'll see you again if the need arises.

Quick response appointment. Not much detail info given on estimate. The cost for permits for installation to high for being a replacement for items already installed. Cost over all higher than others. Who don’t need permits for items already installed.

Eulisese came out the first night for an emergency as no water was draining from anywhere in the house. He tried to fix it for hours, but needed to "jet" it (water jet high pressure and volume) to clear the clog. Eli and Chad came the next day with the better and cleared it. They also put a scope down the line (at no additional cost) and gave me the low down on what that looks like.
Will be joining them for the maintenance plan they have.

The service performed was satisfactory and the plumbers were kind and professional during the repair or 2 broken pipes. I asked for a quote for a complete pipe replacement throughout the house, and the quote was competitive, but inaccurate. It included items that we did not have. 1 bar sink that doesn't exist; 4 lavatory sinks, we have 2; 3 toilets, we have only 2, and a utility sink that again doesn't exist in our home. Yes I showed him where everything was. Nice service for an emergency repair that was really stressful for us, but I don't think we would like to use them for anything else with this level of accuracy on the quote.

Michael Risoldi was very pleasant and polite. My mom speaks Spanish only. I live in Colorado. He did an awesome job communicating over the phone with me the possible problems and solutions of my moms shower leak. He sent pictures of his work as well. He Instantly found the issue and fixed it. He was honest with his work along with the steps and prices. My mother and I appreciated his help. Highly recommend Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air. Thank you Mike!
