Brandon was prompt, friendly and professional.
He helped me figure out my thermostat issue and walked me through the maintenance work he did on the heater.
Brandon did a good job cleaning up when finished.

The service call was really top notch!

We requested the service, supposedly it was a 50-minute diagnosis and from then on they would be working to fix it, they didn't fix it and they charged $700dls. The person they sent seemed like he didn't know because he was on the phone with them while trying to fix the problem. I don't know why They send people who don't know and they're going to charge too much without solving the problem. We've been talking to them for a week and they say the manager will call back and they don't call back. We never want their service.

First I want to say that I have never posted a Google review...and this will probably be my last as I don't like this kind of stuff but I wanted to compliment Mario C. He was amazing. We needed an entirely new Furnace and AC unit...which financially is completely overwhelming. We had several companies come and make bids. Mario came in asked questions tried to understand our needs. Never tried to up sell us. As a former installer he is very knowledgeable. We really liked him. The only reason we did not go with his services was at the time back during the heat wave the were booked out 2 weeks and we couldn't wait that long. I totally recommend this company I would use them in the future.

Joseph G assessed my furnace and was able to quickly identify the problem. He informed me of potential gas emission concerns and went the extra step of monitoring my home for any dangerous gases. Joseph was very prompt, knowledgable and professional. It turned out that I need to replace my unit (it is 20 years old). Jospeh then contacted Amanda K to come to my residence and work with my about having a new unit installed. Amanda did a great job coordinating all the needed information to get me a new unit. She spent a lot of time working with me to get the best deal and set up and explained everything I needed to know. Amanda offered me the use of space heaters until I get my new furnace installed. Amanda was very personable and professional. I was extremely happy with the services I got from Joseph G and Amanda K with Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning.

Mike helped us assess our water heater and plumbing systems to diagnose the problems we are having and make a plan to fix it all. We learned so much from Mike and look forward to an appointment with install team to make further plans.

Tyler was an excellent and honest plumber. He explained the issues professionally, quoted the service options clearly. He did his job and made sure my questions were answered before leaving. He also referred me to a different department to get help with other issue.
I strongly recommend Apollo. They answered the phone right away and showed up in a timely manner.

Chris was professional, on time and friendly. He explained everything that he was doing and fixed our problem in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them!

These folks gave me the lowest bid on my sewer/plumbing project, but they were by no means the cheapest. I had them look at the other two quotes to see if they were talking about the same project scope, and they said they were they then proceeded to charge me nearly $5000 over that price and work is half done.
These folks are very hard to get in contact with please do yourself a favor and go with another company.

The service technician was only here for about 30 minutes or so... He inspected our system, gave us some great advice, and fixed our issue without any problems... I'll be returning for a Service Contract soon...

They were able to make an appt sooner than any other company. Good communication before the appt and great quality service when they got here and fixed the garbage disposal.
