Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning - WA

I haven’t answered to using the business because I am writing this before final estimates were sent but felt that the customer service I have experienced thus far working with Apollo has been beyond exceptional.

Mario was very transparent and gave a thorough explanation of what we are looking to buy and install. And he was just an all around pleasure to be around.

Taylor was extremely professional and helpful. Did a free 50 point inspection that was very informative and helpful. Will definitely use their services again as a result.

I try and post positive in every review. We called Apollo plumbing after the city came out and cleaned out thier lateral. I had to work so I wasn't on site with Eli the technician and my father at the house. We had water and sewage coming up in shower after a ovbersation well was drilled by city by our main line. We advised this so technician put cam down our clean out, to dark to see. Than teach tried to snake and clean out, nothing but dirt....mmm wonder why dirt. Tech offered to power wash sewer line for $550. Father said no, we knew it wasn't just a clogged line. Apollo sent us a big for over 250$ never returned my calls, so I called back on the 3rd time straight asked for a manager at 420pm , was given manager is gone won't be back til Monday nothing we can do. Tech never went under house to check lines, never tried to cam 2nd cleanout. Never have been contacted by management. Please be knowledgeable before you use this company. The disrespect I have been given is appalling.

Amazing service by Tristan Bellinger. Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I thought the problem resolved “on its own” and he went above and beyond to assess the equipment until he found the issue and fix it without a sweat.
Gave me good important tips and I would definitively recommend him and his company again.

The work was done quickly and professionally. Tristan was polite and informative. Apollo is now my go to for my AC and heating needs. Best part, the tech didn't try to up sell me and the final bill was exactly what they quoted up front.

Teamwork at Apollo is amazing, I first met Tyler and Devin who set things in motion ,Emily booked my call, then Nicole scheduled it and Daniel provided my estimate and Jason and Kyle did the physical work. I'm very happy with my experience with this Apollo Team. BRAVO Apollo for such a Wonderful Team. Would recommend Apollo again and again.

I was so happy Apollo was able to accommodate my home warranty company's request for an itemized estimate. I was able to get the work done, and Joseph Qualls did an excellent job replacing my shower cartridge. Thanks to the whole team organizing with my HOA, my warranty company, and me! :)

Antonio came to my house to give me an estimate for an ac unit. There was a miscommunication yesterday with the tech which meant we couldn't do it last minute yesterday so Antonio came over himself today to make sure I got all the info I needed. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! I highly recommend Apollo!

I ended up finding the problem on my own after 3 new holes in kitchen ceiling (so he could look at pipes under bathroom upstairs). Ended up being crack in bathtub causing leaks. $800 for me to figure it out myself days later. Disappointing.

Mike was amazing when he came out. Very thoughtful and respectful. Took the time to explain everything to me and made recommendations that made sense. I never felt like I was being sold extra service or parts.
