Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning - WA

We have used Apollo to install and clear drains in and around our old house for several years. They are an all-round 5-star outfit. They are top notch for mundane plumbing work plus - When we needed a major sanitary sewer replacement their bid was the most reasonable AND got the work done without digging up our landscaping and removal of a beautiful old cedar -which several of the other bidders thought needed to be done to execute the repair. Our pipes work great and our beautiful tree is still in our yard. Highly recommend!

Originally Jason came over to check out my gas furnace which was not working and he was able to determine that we needed a new one. He was very professional and helpful. Andres came over and gave me an estimate on a new furnace which was very reasonably priced. He was super nice and was able to answer all of my questions. Ronald and his team member did the install of my new furnace and they were extremely fast and diligent. The new furnace works perfectly and they gave me some tips on how to keep it up as well. I will be using Apollo for all of my plumbing, and HVAC needs from here on out and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing one of these services.

Service was great from the jump! I called around 8pm asking if I could set up an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately the person I spoke with wasn’t able to set something up. He did however, take my information down along with a short run down of the service I was looking for, and said they would get ahold of me first thing in the morning. That’s exactly what happened. They called to confirm I still needed their services, and had someone available who could come right over. I had Eric calling me at 8am that he would be at my residence in 25-30 min. He got there assessed the issue and gave me a variety of options along with helpful information for the future. As soon as he was done he gave me a call and that was that. Great experience!

Apollo was great. They were responsive even on the weekend because our leak became evident Friday evening after hours. Zach was professional, respectful and worked purposefully. It made what started as a really stressful situation so much easier. Would definitely recommend.

Eric was very professional and knowledgable in getting our problem fixed. He was attentive to detail, clean in his work, and followed up with some suggestions to keep our drains clear. He was also just a nice guy! We appreciate the work Eric did for us and would recommend his services to anyone!

Joseph came in and finally got the job done. Finally on the part of the stupid system that came with my townhouse is rare and parts were hard to come by but finally now that summer is long gone (it's winter now) the parts are finally available again. Installation completed and I can finally stop worrying about it now. Here's to a better summer next year. Thank you all.

Eli was on time, courteous and explained everything in detail before starting, including cost to be expected and extra costs for scope work if necessary. The work went quickly and costs were as expected. Eli was great! I highly recommend Apollo and will use them again.

I have used Apollo before for heating and the service was good so we had them install a water valve for a new refrigerator. The work was minimal but the cost was 3x what it should have been.

The plumber dispatched had to pickup parts twice once due to cutting into a hot water line instead of cold required for the refrigerators ice maker. I seem to have paid for this error.

I contacted Apollo to see if this was a mistake the service manager was supposed to contact me but to this point have heard nothing so my assumption is they simply don't care about customer service.
