Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning - WA

Had a stopped up tub on New Year's Day and only have one bathroom in the house. Eli Paz came out and it was not working but he never gave up and would not quit until he had it working for us.

Kim was fantastic! He talked me through the whole process of what was done and suggestions for the future. I’m so happy he had the parts to fix the heat igniter unit and gave me great tips for the thermostat. I’m definitely using Apollo again and suggesting to my friends and coworkers.

After calling numerous plumbers, Apollo responded and organized replacing the main water line into our house. They were friendly, professional, responsive and got it done for us. I won’t say everything happened according to plan ( does it ever?), but they did an amazing job of getting the job done right.

Was very happy with our Tech from Apollo (Wayne). He talked us through issues, did a great job of identifying where the problems are and options for fixing them. Needed a full repipe. The guys knocked it out in a few days and stayed late on Friday to make sure we had water for the weekend. Absolutely amazing customer service and every technician I met with was professional and extremely personable. Would highly recommend Apollo to anyone. We even got their monthly subscription for their services. Great great company and employees.

Eric did a wonderful job attending to our toilet drainage/ sewer system. Reliable, professional and knowledgeable. Him and his companion cleaned the area after job well done. Highly recommendable!

Another company gave me a $750 estimate to replace the spigot. Nick found a piece of the existing spigot that was out of place. I only paid the service call. To replace it was 1/2 the cost of the competition. Apollo is trust worthy, reasonable & responsive. I will use them again!! Nick was professional, friendly & competent.

The bid was realy high and when they came and done the work it took 30 minutes to do the job. And maybe 30.00 in materials. Charged me 1,665.00. Nice people but will not recommend them...

Our drains were backing up and I couldn’t do laundry or dishes. With a newborn at home that was so stressful. Response from Apollo was immediate and service was prompt. Tyler was friendly, informative, and efficient! I felt comfortable asking questions and will definitely call Apollo again in the future.
