R.U.N. Charged $140 to show up. Wanted $2,100 to replace my furnace inducer motor. Did it myself in 20 minutes for $50.

Once again, we had drainage issues on a holiday weekend and called to get service. We were glad to see that Cameron Cooper was our technician as we had worked with him before. He was extremely courteous and professional and found our issue that was causing our drain clogs and backup. Even though it was late, he was thorough and fixed our issue quickly and economically. He also made recommendations for maintenance.

We have used Apollo for many years, and they never cease to amaze us with their professionalism and quality of work. We recently had Devin and Angel on the property to replace a portion of a sewer line and they did a superb job.

Daniel came out today to see our demo’d bathroom and give us an estimate on our plumbing needs. Not only did he call me well in advance (30 minutes) of his arrival, but I received a text message with his photo and information for Apollo before he arrived. Not only is this company professional, it has the safety and well-being of its customers in mind.
Daniel was kind and informative through this whole process, nice to my dog, and even spoke with my husband over the phone to make sure nothing got lost in translation.

I had a furnace and AC install that looked like a nightmare. The estimator (Andres) stayed for over an hour to make sure he could install it specifically as I asked. I was pretty set on what I wanted because the previous owner had a very unsafe, 30 year old setup. His crew (Victor and Ronald) were able to troubleshoot problem after problem. They ended up staying until 7:30 pm on a Friday evening to get the job done. I was very, very thankful for their hard work and getting things done properly. I know most companies would’ve just gotten it done and not in a proper way.
Very happy I went with them and would recommend them to anyone.

My only gripe would be that they send out a text saying if you give a 5 star review then you are entered into a raffle for $100. That seems a bit unethical to me but I’m sure all their competitors do that or worse. Just have it known that this review is 100% genuine and has nothing to do with the chance of winning a raffle.

Kim was courteous, professional and friendly. He patiently showed both my age 69 Brother and myself (79) how to change filters and to use our remotes. We appreciate him and his work. Apollo is fortunate to have him on the workforce. We will highly recommend Apollo to our friends and family because of Kim. Thank you Kim and Apollo for making our newly purchased home more enjoyable!!
