Our technicians name was Brad, and he was wonderful. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He gave us great advise and helped our heat flow better to parts of the house that always seemed chilly. During these COVID times he wore his mask the entire duration of his time here. We are extremely happy with APEX’s service.

David was very informative and has a really great knowledge base for the service he provides. He is able to break down the unit in terms that your average customer understands.

David Fernandez was incredible to work with. We had a very complicated issue that needed fixing and David was persistent in evaluating root cause and not just putting bandaids on the problem. David ensured 100% of everything was corrected before signing off on the job.

Bradley and Matthew were a pleasure to have install our AC unit. The electrician (I don’t have his name) was also very helpful. Bradley and Matthew were professional and fast. They also were easy to talk too. Would highly recommend these guys. They answered all my questions. They also were so great with my German shepherd, even if she barked like crazy with every entrance. Ricardo absolutely went above and beyond for my family! Unfortunately we had an issue with the ac in our brand new home that he not only worked hard to find, but then after finding it was a fairly deep issue, made it his priority to fix it the right way. David went way above and beyond, even through snow and ice. He was able to trek his way through the crazy weather and make sure that he was able to get heat going in our house in the time that is was needed most. David was great about following up as well. He reached out again that evening and the next morning to make sure that if there was a problem, he was willing to take care of it. Ricardo Ruiz did a great job diagnosing and fixing my specific issue. He was great to deal with and was very genuine. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of good quality and honesty when it comes to fixing your heating and cooling systems.

Ricardo and David both did a great job! They let me know when they were on the way (on time), explained what repairs needed to be done and the approximate cost, and when they were finished they explained what they had done and answered my questions. Overall, I was vey pleased and will use Apex Air in the future.

David was very helpful during our appointment and fixed a part on our AC that died during the recent heatwave. He also shared his thoughts on if it was necessary to purchase a new unit but was not pushy about it and provided useful feedback to consider.
