Our technician, Justin, arrived on time at 8:00 am. He called and texted before his arrival. Justin was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, neat and efficient. We would definitely recommend APEX Air and will.
The office was equally responsive, articulate and very helpful.
We did need a part and the pricing was fair.

He took time to explain how the system works, and was willing to check areas I saw as suspect. I will call on Apex when the next repair is needed. I was in need of a replacement Furnace and AC unit in a very difficult installation location and the Apex Air team did an absolutely amazing job! The installation team was fast, professional, competent and adapted amazingly to the difficult installation. The quoting and sales experience with Brandon was friendly, thorough, no pressure and found a high quality solution that fit my budget. I went through 4 companies for quotes and I can only describe the other three as terribly disappointing compared to the care and effort from Apex. Save yourself time and disappointment and call the Apex air team first!

David Fernandez came to our home during the time expected. Politely entered our home assessed the issue and fixed it always telling us the price ahead of time. He offered maintenance services and plans without being pushy about enrolling. I would use this company again.

David Fernandez Came out on a cold and snowy day to service my furnace. We had a gas leak and were without heat with temperatures in the 20s. He repaired the valve that needed replaced, all the while being courteous with “yes ma’am” and “no ma’am” any time he spoke to me. He made sure there wasn’t any leaks and the system worked well before leaving.
He worked quickly and we have heat again on this cold day! I would definitely recommend David.

We love APEX. Yesterday we woke up to a cold home. Our system had stopped working in the middle of the night. David came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, got our unit repaired and stayed to ensure our unit was working properly again before he left for his next call. He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely informative about our system and as new home owners what to look for and do in the future. We have had a terrific experience working with Apex Air installing a new heat pump system. As with any major project, we ran into some bumps and Apex was on it. They were responsive, attentive, and dedicated to getting things corrected and running at peak performance. Brandon was our project liaison and his customer service specifically is exemplary. We appreciate how Apex Air handled every aspect of the project and the follow up coordination that we ended up running into. We will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

Ricardo came for the initial visit to diagnose the issue. He provided great customer service and recommended the best solution to ensure the issue gets resolved.

David Fernandez was very professional. He explained everything thoroughly. He took his time replacing a valve that helped fix our lines from freezing and provided advice on how to maintain our unit. He also shared the various packagers available for maintenance. He’s a hard worker who was very knowledgeable.

The installers went above and beyond without me asking. They thoroughly tested the system after install and found a short in the low voltage lines due to previous rat issues. The short was in an extremely hard to access point in the crawl space, but he got the wires spliced, patched the hole, and also fixed a tear in the duct that was allowing air from under the house into our living room ( I didn’t ask him to do this he just could tell it needed to be done and fixed it without asking which I really appreciate!)

David Fernandez was professional and personable! Loved his attitude..He explained everything! David identified the issue within minutes upon arrival. He clearly understands what it means to provide not only quick, and efficient service but also how to create a return customer! We will ask for him for our services. Ask for David if you can.
