Awesome friendly and efficient HVAC repair by Ricardo. He was on time, and super friendly. He showed up on time, assessed the situation and went to go get the parts he needed. He was back before I knew it and had my AC up and running before I needed to use my oven for dinner! Extremely pleased!

Amazing service. My system broke not long ago, Their technicians showed up the very next day. When they found out I needed a part replaced and that they'd have to order it, Jared offered to go bring us space heaters from their workplace so that we wouldn't be cold while we waited for the part to come in the mail. Extremely courteous and professional team providing quality service.

David Fernandez came over and was on time, polite, and helpful! He was very gracious about the fact that our issue was user error of the system. He explained why our settings weren't working properly and how to avoid next time. Would definitely recommend.

We had Apex install a new unit in our home. All the guys that came out were so nice and got it running in hours. Our unit came faulty from the manufacturer so they had to get a new valve which they brought out the next business day. Fast forward a few months it was actually hot outside and it didn't seem to keep up as well as it should. They came out the next day to check on it, was low in Freon and now it's running great. Very nice to work with.

Call 30 minutes before arriving. Did a great job cleaning and repairing the heater. He had a face mask on and had his boot covers on when in the house. Did a good job cleaning up after himself

Miguel arrived promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable. He effectively troubleshooted our air flow concerns and educated us on care of the heating system and the importance of changing the furnace filter. It’s great to have a warm bedroom tonight after 4 years of no air flow. Thanks Miguel!!

Ricardo did routine cleaning and maintenance on my Mitsubishi split-style air conditioner/heater today. He's very professional and thorough, and explains things well---in more, and better, detail than the manual that came with the system! This is the first time I've had the outdoor unit cleaned since the system was installed five years ago, and it looks great! Everything inside is working fine, and I found out I've been keeping up well on cleaning the filters. I'm signed up now for routine cleaning and maintenance in spring and fall, to ensure my system continues to run efficiently!

Our AC quit working in July and we needed someone to take a look at it quickly. Apex sent someone out the next day and the technician did a great job. It was a simple fix but they were thorough and checked the whole system to make sure it was running well.

Joey with APEX Air came out super late 8:30-9pm and worked on our AC unit when the big heat wave come. I sent him some pictures of the board and he immediately know what the problem was. Said he would be over soon and took him 30 mins to double check everything. Had us up and running fast. As a service provider myself I appreciate hard workers like Joey. Thank you very much for your service and would recommend this company to friend and family.

David Fernandez was very professional and polite from the start. Additionally he had no problem answering questions or even going as far as to teach me about my system as a new homeowner! 10/10 would recommend him!
