Apex Air

David did an outstanding job. He had barely opened the garage closet that contains the furnace when he noticed a potential safety hazard (paperwork left atop part of furnace). I knew right then we were going to be happy with his work and we were. Highly recommend.

David Fernandez did a great job of diagnostics and identified the part that needed to be replaced. The part was on back order for months, however he called around found the part and kept me informed during the process. David was very professional and courteous. Great experience!

The service started out great. We actually were set up to be bi annually serviced. But, they did not call for the set up this season. Our AC started to leak. I called asking why they didn't call to set up service. She said they would get around to it, but it's our responsibility. Ok. No worries, I was told otherwise when I set it up. So, I asked if they would come fix the issue and service it. Then she said they wouldn't service it until the issue was fixed and quoted me over a hundred dollars more than they had the first time they fixed it. Ok, inflation and all, but, that's crazy. Then told me they couldn't come for a few weeks. When we set up our service originally they said we would be prioritized. Nope. At that point, since she seriously had let me know she could care less, I told her we are just going to cancel. She said "no problem" and abruptlygot off the phone. I know that the techs are awesome, it's just sad that the company has someone that represents like this. I rarely right reviews, but, I hope the owner knows what's going on in his office. Not unlike her, I don't care either, there are several other choices out there that are just as good, and charge less.

Very good experience with both sales and install folks. Hard working people, and so very nice. They go the extra mile, and will make things right no matter what system you are replacing or upgrading. We highly recommend these folks. They also offer many levels of extra services if so desired. Very professional and orderly techs. A pleasure doing business with these folks!

Apex field crews are very professional. They conducted maintenance work based on a solid procedures, which gives me a confidence that their work is thorough. Easily explained everything that I needed to know to maintain the HVAC system for my house.

David with Apex was on time, gave me a 30 min Courtesy phone call and text message. He troubleshot my air conditioner problem within the first 10 minutes while explaining what happened. He was very knowledgeable and showed me how to service my air conditioner in the future. He finished the service call by offering me some additional services and products to help extend the life of my unit and increase efficiency. I will be using Apex in the future.

Ricardo Ruiz arrived on time and performed routine maintenance on our HVAC system. He was very professional, explaining what he found and helping me find the correct filter to order online (our system needs a made-by-manufacturer filter that Apex does not stock). He also helped us better understand how our system works. We have an air scrubber and exchanger in addition to the normal HVAC system, so this was very helpful.

I am very happy with Apex Air service. David Fernandez very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. As part of my HVAC installation, I also request to install fireplace blower fan. David explained me every detail of the blower operation and did a complete check after the installation. Also he did our AC unit maintenance and throughly checked every part of it. Really appreciate the work he did. Thank you.

Just all call them! The whole team from calling for an appointment, “ which was the next day”,to the technicians. All were respectful and professional.
There were a few issues from the initial installation 2 years ago. They explained everything they had to do and replaced our nest thermostat “don’t waste your money”, for a more efficient one with twice the features to get the most out of our investment. They even took the time to help set up the ecobee thermostat and and everything downloading the app to make even easier.

Apex was the company who put in all my ducts and furnace when our house was built. They fixed damaged ducts that they didn’t cause. Always friendly when I have called the office for help or services. My ducts and vents were cleaned thoroughly and the tech was friendly, knowledgeable and kept his areas clean while pulling around a huge machine. I am very happy that each person I have encountered has been so helpful and friendly.
