Justin our technician was here at 8 am and was awesome! Very efficient and knowledgeable!! He fixed our central air unit within an hour of arrival! I won’t go anywhere else!! I give Justin and this company 5 stars!

We’ve been using Apex for years on our personal home as well as our rentals. They do a great job, and have kept everything running and in tip top shape. Highly recommend.

Paid a substantial amount of money on installing a new HVAC system. Has not worked properly since installation in October. It is now three months later and 3 visits from technicians and system is still not working.

Technicians have all been excellent to deal with, especially David, who has shown that he personally cares about the issue.

The challenge I have is with the main office. Their product is not working properly and we are having to run it on emergency heat (quickly increases our utility bill) to get any heat out of it

Technician came yesterday to fix the issue, did a great job, system worked. This morning I get up and system is still running and blowing air at 74f , heat pump is frozen over again. Let technician know the same issues were occurring, he was going to come check it out. He called back and was told he couldn’t come today and that we had to run it on emergency heat until Monday and then they will see what they can do.

We installed a new system to reduce our utility bill from using the old (over 20 year old system) only to have our utility bill being the same for the 3 months since installation

Hopefully this issue gets fixed on Monday, APEX isn’t paying my utility bill but quickly accepted payment for the installation.

This company is GREAT! When I called to see about getting a quote for a new AC unit, they were able to set an appointment for me quickly, and even sent a bio of the sales rep, Brandon, whom I would be working with. That was a great personal touch to know who would be entering my home. Brandon was informative, patient, personable and a pleasure to work with. The unit installer, Michael was punctuation, professional, and friendly. Our thermostat installer Jakob was exactly the same way. I am impressed how quickly they were able to work with me to get everything set up and ready before summer hit hard. I know this company is VERY busy, but with such personal attention given to me, they never made me feel like they were too busy to help. Thank you!

Jodi and David came to fix our heater, that was noisy and rattling, and shaking a wall. In addition they replaced our original thermostat and put in a new one. In addition we had a fan installed in our fireplace, and now our down stairs is as cozy as upstairs! A big plus! They were very professional and explained everything clearly, and were very patient. We hope to have more work done through Apex and would definitely like to work with David and Jodi again! Thanks guys and Apex!!

Apex was quick to come out and get my furnace serviced. Turns out that my blower motor blew a bearing and needed replacement. They were able to find a replacement motor same day and get everything finished up. The thoroughness of apex in the maintenance of my HVAC system will have me coming back for future service.

Sent me information on the spot, didn’t try and push any services or equipment on us. Which was much appreciated!! Big bonus he threw the ball for our fur babies! Overall apex has been flawless. Just wish they had a longer warranty off of original purchase and installation, our seasons are so different here in the PNW it would be nice to see how it does thru a solid hot cold transition…….

I've been working with Apex for almost 6 years and they have always taken care of me. Recently David and Zach helped me with a tricky problem that I was having with my furnace. I appreciate their ability to troubleshoot and find a solution. They are knowledgeable and helpful!

We just had a new ductless heating and air system installed today. This was a complicated project that took most of the day to finish. The crew arrived on time, and were prepared to get the job done. Each team member was engaged in the project. Nobody stood around looking bored. They introduced themselves, and were very courteous. They took the time to explain what they were doing, even when they were very busy. They listened to their team lead and to their project manager, and nothing had to be explained twice. They worked together as a team and treated each other with respect also, which was great. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. They vacuumed and swept. They put furniture back. They paid attention to every single detail on the install. There wasn’t a piece of trash, or a box or any tape anywhere on my property when they left. We could not be more pleased with our heat pump, and we recommend Apex to anyone who is looking to have a heat pump installed. Thanks to Steve, Miguel, Davy, Keegan, and Mathew. Well done! Also, major kudos to Brandon, who handled the sale (and even loaned us a portable AC until Apex could get the heat pump installed. This was during the heat wave, and this generous act made all the difference in the world to us!)
Also Bob, the project manager, was just great. He showed up on time as promised, and answered our questions patiently and completely. He is a total professional!

David did an awesome job today! He called while on the way and arrived on time. He replaced the blower motor and circuit board for our furnace and now we’re set for winter! He was very professional and I’d highly recommend him and Apex anytime! Great job and thank you!
