This is my second time having Hendrickson HVAC out to my house. The first time was shortly after I purchased my home and the motor of my furnace went out. Brandon was punctual, polite and informed on the fix. He also had a new motor driven out to my location so it could be fixed same day. This time, my A/C went out. They got me in for a same day appointment. Brandon was again our technician, and was so helpful fixing our issue. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Clark County area. Professional, trustworthy, punctual and polite. Thank you Brandon!

I had a pleasant experience with Hendrickson HVAC. My furnace quit working and I called them the following morning and they said the next day afternoon they could come. Called me a few hours later. Said they could make it the same day in the afternoon. Very knowledgeable technician got me back in business in short order. Much appreciation

This company is so easy and professional to work with, from the initial contact call to the service call itself. They fully utilize technology to communicate with the customer. The service technician was knowledgeable and thorough as well as respectful of the property. This is the second service call and they will continue to be out go-to for HVAC needs!

We experienced outstanding customer service and customer relations today from Hendrickson HVAC Service! We had an IQ System Panel failure in our home. When we did a Google Search for a reputable service provider in our area, Hendrickson HVAC Services came up first on the list. They immediately responded with a service technician in no time. He was very courteous and helpful. Through no fault of his own, he did not recognize our IQ Panel nor how to repair it. We later learned ours was a Security Panel not directly associated with an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system. He did point us to our home's direct thermostat to enable us to use our heating system while waiting for our IQ panel to be repaired. Inspite of the misunderstanding, Hendrickson Services did not charge us for the service call. I'm glad to report that this was outstanding service in every way. I will not hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable HVAC service!

We have been a satisfied Hendrickson HVAC customer for 9 years. In February 2023, Brandon repaired our Honeywell whole house humidifier unit quickly and professionally. He saved the replaced fill and drain valves so I could inspect them to assess the affects of our hard water supply as we discussed.

I called Hendrickson HVAC and they ACTUALLY answered the phone. I explained my situation and they dispatched a technician (Brandon) within two hours. He was knowledgable, understanding, and professional. He understood the problem and fixed the issue. It was an actual pleasure dealing with a company the understands and performs SERVICE. They are my new go-to HVAC company for future work.

Hendrickson installed a new heat pump in October 2022. In April 2023 the condensate pump wasn't functioning when we used the AC for the first time. I called, Bradley came out a couple days later and was right on time. He diagnosed the failing pump and replaced it in less than an hour. This was covered under warranty. Thanks, Hendrickson HVAC

Solid assessment of system to allow for directing replacement of faulty parts to ensure a/c will work in the upcoming hot weather. Got it all done in one day. Really stuck with it to the finish line! Polite and professional. Will use again if other parts fail later on.

Our AC went out during one of the heat waves, they had availability the next business day and came right out. Was able to answer all my questions and get me right back to working. And booking was super easy.
