I called over 5 separate businesses today as our furnace was not working and it was below freezing. Branton (spell check)? Was the only one to call me back. He had patience and was very kind. He walked me through all of my questions and put me at ease. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness today. Going forward we will be using this company for our heating and cooling needs.

My heat stopped working overnight and by mid morning my house was down to 56 degrees. Hendrickson’s fit me in same day when a tech finished at another project early and he quickly fixed a wire that was the issue. Thank you!

He has been consistently punctual for and time efficient during scheduled appointments. His courteous, communicative style has been appreciated. Office staff have been pleasant and helpful providing reliable service information. We have come to trust Hendrickson HVAC. We highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

We had Hendrickson install a very expensive and complicated system 10 years ago. Have used them for maintenance in the past. Never had a problem until now. Called to set up maintenance on the system THEY INSTALLED and was informed that, even though they installed the system, they would no longer service it since we live in a remote location. Beware if you had them install a system and live outside their "service area."

They have shown attentiveness over the years for every issue presented, at a fair price, and quick resolution.

I initially had visits from 4 other HVAC companies who all had varying findings about my heat pump system and fireplace, were pushing extremely costly solutions instead of explaining the current status of my system, and were late, forgetful and/or arrogant. Then we luckily found Hendrickson’s, and I’m so appreciative of their honesty, communication and great service. I highly recommend them and will 100% use them again in the future. They are respectful, explain and demonstrate their diagnosis, and never try to rip you off. Thank you to Brandt and Brandon, and to the company overall for differentiating yourselves from your competitors by providing high quality services.

Our A/C quit working and they figured out the problems, ordered the parts and repaired it within 2 days.

Very satisfied with the service. Out tech, Jacob, was right on time, and repaired the problem. No hard sell for additional services. I would definitely use them again.
