After another company left us in the cold for weeks and charged us up front over $300 for a furnace part we didn't need after misdiagnosing the problem Hendrickson came out and had us back in order in about an hour. It was just the thermostat and he had several models to choose from as a better quality replacement than what we had. I'm still trying to get my money back from the other guy after he said he couldn't get the part and would refund me rather than fixing the problem in our only 6 year old home. Don't waste your time with anyone else,call Hendrickson HVAC Services Inc first.

Our AC stopped working and our unit was making a humming sound. I asked friends for referrals and my friend referred this company! He said they saved him almost $2000 after getting a second opinion from them when the first company told him that he needed to replace a whole circuit board for $2000! They charged him $150 and only needed a sensor cleaned! There are a lot of dishonest companies out there, but when you find businesses that are honest they will prosper! We called on a Saturday and they came on a Tuesday! For $250 they fixed our AC in less than an hour and right before a heat wave! I highly recommend this company! Integrity always wins!!!

We hired Hendrickson HVAC to install Air Scrubber units in our three (3) commercial buildings in Washington and Oregon. The technician was late but he did call and explain his last job ran late. That happens so I get that. He was very professional and did a very thorough job. Even though my furnace was an older model he knew it very well. Overall I'm happy and glad I called them but it did seem kind of expensive. But I got great service so I guess you get what you pay for. I'll use them again next year for the annual servicing.

The fact that it took them over a week to come and identify my issue was bad enough. But then after they came out and they determined I needed a new compressor they tried to sell me an entire new unit! All I wanted was an estimate on a new compressor, but instead, I never got that estimate. Only an estimate for a $9000 new unit. I ended up calling a different HVAC company who was able to come out the next day and they fixed it. But don't worry, I still paid Hendricksons HVAC Services for doing absolutely nothing.

Ted was the sixth HVAC pro I had out to my house to evaluate my current HVAC system and provide an estimate on a replacement. Ted was the only guy who told me that some of the insulation in my attic had been trampled and pushed out of place by home remodelers who had recently worked on my home. He also was the only guy who told me that since my system is currently working, it is not entirely necessary to replace it right now. He kindly provided quotes on a replacement system, should I choose to go that route. It is because of this approach and his solid recommendations that I am choosing Hendrickson HVAC. Thank you, Ted!
