Our installers were great. House was clean, they were very nice and professional. The job was done on time and works well. We are very happy.

APEX air quickly replaced our old heating and cooling company that we used to use as our go to company to contact when we have issues with the heating and cooling at home or at our business locations. We used to use a different company but one time we needed something done urgently and the other company couldn’t fit us in and we called around and found apex and I have never been happier! They are so very reasonable on pricing. They communicate well. Their customer service is amazing. I couldn’t say enough good things about them.

Our system was blowing only cold air after a recent power outage so I called to have someone come take a look and got a same day appointment. A tech named Corey came to my literal rescue today and helped get my heat back on in less than 15 minutes!! He had amazing customer service and was super friendly! I know little to nothing about HVAC systems and he taught me some valuable information along the way of how to properly care for it moving forward. Would recommend Apex Air to my friends and family!

When I woke up in the morning to get my children ready for the day, I noticed the house was much warmer than normal. To my dismay, the HVAC system suddenly stopped working. No fan, no cooling, no heating. The weather outside was planning to peak at 100 degrees for the day. I panicked. I have 2 children under 2 so having a warm home is not safe at all. I called Apex Air as their phone number was listed on our thermostat. I left a message since it was a weekend so it was after hours. When calling 5 to 6 other cooling/ HVAC specialists they had all told me they were not taking more calls for the day. I got a call back no less than 15 minutes later from Apex. They advised that it was an after hours call so the cost for them to come out was much higher than regular business hours. I was given a time frame in which the specialist would arrive. A window of 1 hour to 4 hours later. I got a text message stating they were on their way and it was about 30 minutes after my phone call. I worked with Zach. When he arrived he immediately started working at figuring out what was going on. He was very clear and set the expectation of the things he needed to look into. He spent maybe 45 minutes here and was very honest with me. I had the choice to pay him to have him work on de icing the air conditioner lines during the after hours rate or to give it about 24 to 48 hours of letting the lines de ice themselves. He said they could back when the normal rate would be charged and using my portable air conditioners would be the best money saving option. I appreciate the quick help from Apex Air and the hard work of Zach! We were not able to get a full system diagnosis as the lines were not thawed at the time of their visit but we not have had enough time for the lines to thaw and they should be out for another visit soon to see what the initial problem was.

Justin was awesome! He gave me a curtesy call when on his way. Once arrived, super friendly and showed me exactly what was wrong, how to fix it and so on. He made sure I saw what was going on so I would understand everything, which I wanted and asked for. He pulled up quotes for me for future parts and had no problem doing so! Will definitely recommend this business to my local friends and family!

We have had Apex Air come out four times in the past year and a half. We have a consistent issue in the winter when we have our heater on. Our master bedroom temp is at 90 degrees and the rest of the house is at the temperature we set it at on our thermostat. This issue was first discovered in 2021, and nothing has been done. They keep selling us on more visits yet this issue persists. We called to speak with Sofia in the service department. She had a bad attitude and terrible customer service. She had a negative tone and told us we couldn’t get something for free. I do not recommend Apex Air. They will just take your money, tell you everything looks good when they visit, sell you on a routine maintenance plan, and will not address what needs to be fixed.

Update 11/22/22: Sofia apologized and provided a solution of how we could fix the issue ourselves at home. She delivered it a hasty manner with a tone and hung up immediately after she delivered the information. The solution worked nonetheless. We are grateful that the problem was fixed, but it has been an unpleasant experience with Sofia.

Man I really liked the tech but the pricing is extremely exorbitant. $300 trip charge for a Saturday. Didn’t tell me it’s $465 an hour for labor. This unit was installed by them 3 years ago unit a brand new home. Tech worked for 40min tops, cleaned the jets/burner, adjusted gas pressure and pulled off and reattached the flu. Total cost if that? $815. I get it is weekend, and if it wasn’t near freezing overnight we could wait. But talk about exploitative pricing. And I haven’t had to fix the burner in any unit that is so new. Guess I get to work a couple days so I can pay for the 1hr service

Edit: Yes, new review is 40, I originally stated the time from when the tech arrive till the time my father called me back. 40 is the amount of time the tech told us.

And yes your trip is 285 and if you add tax that is 300 but way to focus on $15 instead of not disclosing the real cost nor issue. When I spoke to your company, before anyone came out I was told it was going to be $300 for the trip. Again this is what I was told. No one told me the hourly nor that there is a 1hr minimum. So reality is there was no way it was going to cost me $300. The minimum it could have was $815. But that was not disclosed before I had anyone come out or perform any work.

This is the crux of the issue. We were led to believe the minimum cost would be $300, but in fact it is $815. There are other options that we would have pursued had anyone been transparent in your pricing.

Jakob and Matt were AWESOME. Got our unit installed, explained the system well, and were a good crew to have worked with. They have gained my business for ad long as we need.

I'm looking forward to a cool and trouble free summer from our new AC unit.

This fall, we'll be calling them out again to upgrade our gas fireplace with a blower unit.

These guys LOVE to play on their phones while driving company vans, swerve all over the road, and drive way slower than the speed limit. I can't wait to get into an accident with one of their vans and collect a FAT insurance check $$$

Apex air installed my 2020 new home’s Honeywell thermostat system.
But this system unable to connect my home Wi-Fi or App over my phone. The manual showed I need to press temperature for 5 seconds to set up. But it is not work. No matter how long I press. I google and YouTube to find helps. But not success. I called apex air. They ask me to pay $140 for their technician to come troubleshoot. And no one can help over the phone.
