Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year with a hotter day coming. On a Saturday I was able to get a tech on the phone within 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and upfront on the after hours fees and the possibility of not being to fix it. He was able to fit us in the next morning and replace a part to get it working again. Was much more affordable than I thought it would be and the customer service was over the top!

I have used Apex Air recently for the purchase and installation of a Ductless Mini Split heating and cooling system in my shop. This recent experience with Apex Air was for an Bryant Evolution 4 Ton heating and cooling system for our home. The estimation process was easy to understand as there are many variables to consider when purchasing a system of this size. The time from signing the order to installation was very fast. The day before installation, Apex Air conducted a walk through in preparation for the following days installation and all considerations specific to our home were taken into account to insure a smooth installation. The installation the following day was performed without a issue and they concluded their work by late afternoon and left our home spotless. I can recommend Apex Air very highly if you are considering the installation of a new heating and cooling system for your home. Everyone including the scheduler in the office was polite, respectful and well trained for the work they do!

Through absolutely no fault of Apex, I had myriad issues with the brand new furnace setup they installed in February - scheduling changes due to the snow storm; a blower that failed 36 hours after install; a thermostat that wouldn’t stay connected to its manufacturer server; wiring problems ...

Charles and the rest of their team went ABOVE AND BEYOND making sure that we got what we expected/needed, and their techs were always professional and courteous (thanks Jacob, Brad, and especially David!).

In spite of the trials of the last few months, Apex has gained my trust and my loyalty for as long as we live in their service area!

Our heat was completely non-functioning. We called and they were very polite and scheduled us about 5 days out. A few days later, an opening came up and they got us in even sooner.

Service start to finish was very professional. The tech arrived on time, performed necessary service without rushing. He left all areas tidy, and offered to answer any additional questions I had. I appreciate him taking extra time to go over the thermostat display and explain in detail the function of the emergency heat. He assisted me in programming the heat settings as I prepare for cooler fall weather.
