Jeremy Pizano wasa pleasure to deal with. He was friendly and very communicative and informative. He thoroughly checked out our furnace and heat pump, diagnosed the furnace issue, and got heat going back into the house via the heat pump. Also, the two ladies I dealt with when I called in we're extremely nice, sympathetic, and responsive. Overall I have a very positive impression of Kleimann Brothers.

What a fantastic company and fantastic people that work here. I have used Kliemann Bros for the last ~3 years on heating/AC and tankless waterheater repairs/maintenance. This is long overdue. what set me over the edge today is the service tech that just left my house. Austin Welch. What an incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and efficient human he is. His all around professionalism and kindness is a model of what all Employees in any field should emulate. ESPECIALLY those that are costumer facing. The man came in, knew exactly what to do, explained it so easily that I, who is not anywhere near tech minded, could digest it. said very bluntly that hes been doing this a long time and if there is any issue, call and he will come back. Cant speak highly enough about this interaction. This is EXACTLY what keeps a customer. People like Austin. If your the business owner reading this; likely you have a rewards and recognition program because all your employees are awesome and friendly. I hope you have some special program/initiative for those that go way above and beyond. if you do...I would ask that you add Austin in there.

This company is responsive, helpful, and kind. Jeremy Pizano was a highly skilled diagnostician and was committed to getting my heat working even though my furnace is on the brink. Gave me thoughtful and honest options.

Jeremy was great. He came out quick and was immediately able to get to the bottom of our issue. He was very friendly and informative with answers to all of our questions, as well as advice for preventing further issues in the future.

I have never written a negative review before for any business or service and prefer to bring any issues directly to the company; however, my frustration with this company over the last 1.5 years has pushed me to share my experience which can hopefully help others who are considering a new heat pump/AC system. I will provide details below, but my recommendation is to consider other providers and strongly urge you to consider Brenntag.

We evaluated 4 companies when considering AC units and ultimately chose Kliemann based on the system/suggestion the sales rep made and reasonable price point. While the installation went smoothly, we have had nothing but issues in the last 1.5 years. The issues include the heat pump not being able to keep our house cooler than 75 degrees on an 85 degree day and the system will stop working all together requiring us to do a hard reset (turning our breaker off and on) to make it work again.

When we had the lead service technician come to look at the system, he spent time explaining heat pumps in depth and ultimately stated that we will not able to keep our house cooler than 10 degrees than it was outside. This was never communicated to us by our sales rep. We had a newborn at the time and it was too hot for her to sleep and they provided no solution to fix the issue. Conversely, my parents who installed a heat pump with Brenntag had no issues keeping their house cool below 70 degrees all summer (even in 90+ degree heat).

Since that first summer, our system will occasionally stop working completely. The tech that came to look at our system said we needed to do a "hard reset" by flipping our breaker. In the last 1.5 years we have had to take this step at least a dozen time. Most recently, this happened last night when temperatures dipped to 20 degrees and I awoke in the middle of the night to our house below 60 degrees and our 1 year old daughter crying from the cold. The hard reset worked to turn the heat back on, but it has taken over 5 hours for our system to heat the house from 60 degrees to 65 degrees.

Ultimately, I would encourage you to consider other providers before moving forward with Kliemann.

When I first decided to have a heat pump installed I got a number of bids. They were the only ones that crawled under the house to check ductwork and were very thorough. They took more time to give me an estimate than all the others combined. Not the cheapest, just the best. Have used them for maintaining my system ever since and have not been disappointed.

Maria Pernell and her coworker did a great job in inspecting my AC unit and changing my air filter as well.
