Kliemann Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning

My furnace stopped working on 12/22. Cameron from Kliemann Bros showed up this morning, which was wonderful because it was COLD. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and repair it. Cameron was very friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable. The only negative comment I have is that compared to other providers, Kliemann's fee for diagnostic services is exorbitant in my opinion. Other than that I am extremely happy with the service I received.

Cameron returned to repair the furnace. He was fast and efficient. The furnace is running much quieter now and really putting out the heat.

Daniel had great communication, he explained everything when doing routine maintenance. He also explained about getting on a schedule. He was very nice, was here when he said he’d be here, answered all my questions and even sang while working (he has a beautiful voice). I would highly recommend Kliemann Brothers.

Technician was courteous, answered all my questions, and took the time to make sure any concerns I had were addressed. This was my first year maintenance after complete heat pump system install and I couldn’t be be more happy with Kliemann’s installation, service and support.

After being told by another HVAC outfit, that they couldn't repair my furnace/Heat pump, I was so pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of Cameron Brower from Kliemann's. This young man took his time, found it was the Capacitor rather than the Blower. And also found my control needed to be adjusted, and tested the heat pump. He saved me a lot of money too! Very pleased with this service!

The Crew arrived on site challenged by the existing conditions. It did take some time to determine the final installation. The installation was completed but there were several issues.
a. In the ceiling of the garage to access the new installation existing drywall was cut from the ceiling - debris was left on the floor (No cleanup)
b. In a area where this rectangular duct was to be installed round was installed as they said they had no rectangular duct with
them
