Old a/c went out before summer last year. Did some shopping around for a new heat pump system hoping to take advantage of IRA benefits (ended up IRA not being as incentivizing we were all led to believe) however Tami was very informative and was patient with all my questions. When finally deciding to replace in prep for the coming summer, there was no question about picking Kliemann over the other options. Service was superior and products are of great quality.

On install day, Sam and his team were extremely professional and were respectful of the home and careful with the install to ensure quality work. When an unknown issue arose, they were quick to troubleshoot and find a solution to the problem. They made sure to clean up the work area before leaving each day and ensured my questions were answered prior to closing out their end of the project. Very happy with my new heat pump and furnace!

Maria was extremely professional and knowledgeable about our HVAC system and our thermostat. She was very patient with my multiple questions for her to explain things to me! I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

The technician we had took time to hear what we had problems with & looked up what had been done before on previous calls. He spent a lot of time trying to get it right & the system is working great now - very happy with all his efforts & time spent to make it work correctly. Jace Fine did exemplary work for us. They installed a heat pump and modified our gas furnace. His crew was excellent and responsive. The project went according to schedule. Everything from the ease of scheduling to the actual service was great. However, the highlight of this job was the customer service provided by the servicing tech, Jeremy Pizano. From the moment Jeremy called to let us know he was on his way until the time the job was completed, he was extremely professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what he found, good or bad. Respectful of our property/house and our time. Thank you!!!

Just had my heat pump serviced and Jeremy Pizano (Service Tech) was extremely professional, and explained every important detail to me on things to keep an eye on for the future with regards to my system. I have used this company for the past three years now and they continue to impress me. I highly recommend them to anybody for a service or a brand new installment.

Staff was very professional, caring, positive attitude and did quality work! I can say the install team went above and beyond in all they did! They acted as it was their own business and represented extremely well! We had a wind storm coming and a piece of tin came loose on the shed. Without hesitation they grab some screws and secured the piece of tin! They meant so much to me as you don’t find Customer Service like that anymore! Jeremy came out to diagnose a problem with our heat pump. He was professional and respectful. I felt comfortable with him in the home. When he left my heat pump was working again! Thank you!

We had a problem with our fireplace not staying lit. Maria came out and checked everything. She found out who can service the fireplace and gave us the serial and model numbers. Great explanations and even put up with our nosy cat.

Daniel Siau came out to do a complimentary inspection of our heating and cooling system a year after we had it installed by Kliemann Brothers. Not only was the installation done exceptionally well, but Daniel’s inspection and visit out to check on the system a year later was so very helpful and put my mind at ease as a homeowner. He explained what sort of things to look out for as far as possible future servicing, and showed me the correct way to clean the filters in the electric air handler. If I could recommend Kliemann brothers to everybody, I would! I’ve worked with several other HVAC companies and Kliemann brothers takes the time to make sure things are done right for you.
