I had a wonderful experience with Kliemann Brothers. From their phone etiquette when I first called, to my service day, they were awesome. The technician, Austin, who came to perform maintenance on my gas furnace and AC unit was wonderful. As a new home owner, I appreciate the time he took to answer all of the questions I had about my units. He was very honest and when we found a problem with my AC unit, he was able to repair it on the spot. When it comes time for my next service, I will definitely be calling Kliemann Brothers!

First of all, we used to Kliemann Brothers for our heating system insulation, HVAC duct installation, ductless heat pump/AC installation when we rebuilt our home. We called them out because we thought we needed to move the thermostat so that it would even out the heat throughout the front of the house in the back of the house. Well, of course, that would cost an arm and a leg and not to mention the construction behind it, cutting holes in the walls, repairing the holes and then rerouting the wiring, etc. Kliemann brothers recommended that instead of moving the current thermostat that we try a portable thermostat that works directly with our current one, which will also save us a lot of money. Plus, they gave us a discount..
The technician Austin had previously come out to our house to help us with our heat pump last year when it was freezing. It was a pleasure to see him again as He is so nice, so easy to talk to, friendly, and very professional. He was thorough when explaining our portable thermostat. He made it very easy to understand how to use it, and where to use it in our house to get the best benefit from this awesome portable thermostat that totally solved our problem.

I hired Kliemann Brothers to install a new gas furnace. The first install was not done correctly and surprising errors were made. When I called to let KB know there was neither heat nor air coming out of my registers, they send a second crew to reinstall the furnace. Shawn did an excellent job redoing the entire install. He relocated pipes and the condensation pump so it was out of the way, did a tight, clean job of making/connecting the ducts and did a great job with site clean up.

Fantastic job sizing my system and just as good with installation. They spent lots of time working out the best placement and ensured everything looks clean. They work hard and are detail oriented. Highly recommended.

Every interaction with Kliemann Brothers was excellent. The office staff and installers were very helpful and responsive to questions. Honest, professional, punctual, communicative -- they are a good crew! I think I will be very happy with my new heating/cooling system.

2023- Kliemann Bros replaced my 25 y/o gas furnace with an electric heat pump. The initial sales call was thorough and presented me with all my options, including a very savvy discussion of which units would require additional costs of upgrading my electrical panel- this helped guide me to a less expensive higher value solution! When the crew arrived (on time) they re-introduced themselves- Jace, the team lead had worked on my tankless hot water heater install a couple years ago. He was once again extremely professional. He kept me apprised of the install throughout the day- and kept the team focused on rolling - a planned two day install was coordinated perfectly and this was finished by early afternoon the first day! Unit works perfectly, couldn’t be happier.

2022- Kliemann Bros came out to do a follow up service maintenance visit on the tankless water heater they installed a year ago- frankly i had forgotten that installation included the first maintenance visit, but K.Bros called to remind and schedule. Their technician Adrian W. was phenomenal! Communicated to let us know if his arrival time, explained every step and performed the work expertly and efficiently. Made sure to answer any questions that I had and offered to put in a message for someone to contact me when I started asking questions outside of his area of expertise. Great service and follow up.

Great service from time of intake to installation to replacement of 66 year old (yes 66) hot water tank. All the staff from receptionist to experienced techs making initial assessment taking time to explain different systems and answer questions to the experienced installers have all been exceptional. Looking forward to heat pump installation next week. Thanks to such a fantastic team!
